New pictures of Eclipse human Anna Kendrick (aka Jessica Stanley) arriving back in Vancouver to finish up her scenes in the Twilight Saga – Eclipse.

Lainey Gossip also gives us some filming deets -

Anna is in town to work on the graduation party which will shoot at the Cullen House.

During New Moon the Cullen House interiors were filmed at a local residence. This time around, for whatever reason, they decided to build the sets in studio instead.

I haven't been on here for a month or so and I used to be all over this place… and NMM… what's wrong with me? lol

I guess I have too much work and too little time. But NM is getting closer and I need to spend those last weeks of waiting with my Twifamily so I came back LOL!

Yeah, a little more human in Eclipse! I love the tension between the vamps and wolves, while the humans are all partying obliviously inthe background. Bring on Alice's over the top grad party…

Oh I love that scene!! It's so intense when Jacob comes with his pack brothers and Alice and Jasper have to intervene!! Craziness…but then they decide to work together for Bella's sake. She is so loved!

Anna Kendrick, what a cutie-patootie!

SO.. I'm re-reading Twilight (this is only my second time through), and I noticed that Jessica Stanley is actually supposed to have short, dark, curly hair. Anna Kendrick's physical appearance matches more of Lauren's character.

It's so different reading the book after I've become twi-obsessed. I can't even read Jessica's character without picturing Anna Kendrick. Same thing with Mike and Angela.

The thought of someone else with short, curly hair playing Jessica no longer sits well with me! LOL Times like this are when I welcome the change from the book to the silver screen

OMG! It's funny, to recognize how off the movie characters look from what is written by the author just drives me nuts! Dakota Fanning's Jane looks NOTHING like what the character is described as by Stephenie….neither is Aro, Laurent or James! Laurent is supposed to have black hair and speak with a French accent but in the movie he's black and speaks with a British accent……….Aro should have LONG black hair and wear a black robe that brushes the ground but in the movie he's got shoulder length hair and wearing a suit…….*sigh* I would be soooooooo much better and acceptable to change up the story line a little for a movie if they didn't screw with the character looks…

Anyway – CAN'T WAIT TO SEE NEW MOON and ECLIPSE!!

LOL. I laughed SO hard when I FIRST saw Edi Gathegi as Laurent.

My friends looked at me like I was crazy (I had just freshly read Twilight).
I told them I just didn't picture him to look that way. Alas, now when I
read, Edi is my Laurent.

I haven't read New Moon yet, I've got less than a month to catch up so I can
freak out over all the minuscule differences.. LMAO!

I'm glad I have the movies, because now I can put a name with a face. The
only two characters that I envision differently are Bella and Jacob. I'm not
sure why!
