Behind The Scenes Of Metric’s Eclipse (All Yours) Music Video From The Eclipse Soundtrack

We previously posted the music video for Metric’s Eclipse (All Yours) from the The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Soundtrack. Here’s the behind the scenes look of making Metric’s Eclipse (All Yours) music video!

When Metric’s Emily Haines was approached by award-winning composer Howard Shore about writing a track for ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ soundtrack, it was clear that the band was presented with an opportunity to reach an epic new audience. Haines, Shore and guitarist Jimmy Shaw soon got to co-writing the song, ‘Eclipse (All Yours),’ with a certain focus in mind.

“[Shore] was like, ‘What I’m attracted to is Metric, but it’s not about it representing Metric,” the frontwoman says in the following clip. “It’s about you embodying the voice of Bella.”

The behind-the-scenes footage, directed by Luke Wooden, captures the scenic shots of the rustic North Vancouver location in which the song’s video was filmed.

“Kristen Stewart is a really good actress and I feel like Bella’s a really important character for young women,” Haines previously told Spinner. “She’s not a stupid girl. It’s one of the most insightful portraits that I’ve ever seen of what it really is like to be a young woman and deal with the kaleidoscope of emotions that you go through on a daily basis.”

Love this song. Perfect song for Bella. Loved how All Yours was playing in the background when Bella and Edward were in the meadow at the end of Eclipse. *sigh* I want to see it again now!

I LOOOOOOVE THIS Song. i love that scene… had the best feeeling when this song came on and the credits rolled up!!! i miss eclipse, watched it 5 times in the first week .. i should go back .. i having withdrawals!!

The first song on the soundtrack list and I knew Eclipse's Soundtrack is going to be epic. I <3 this song, even though it was placed on the worst movie ending of this saga.

Okk off topic but my exam results came out last night and I'm still doing my happy dance.lol I'm so happy I can enjoy the eclipse premiere here on Friday! WOHOO!!!
I'm gonna get my precious tickets tomorrow and I already know I'm gonna watch it 3 times within the next week and more later

ooh btw I love Metric's soundtrack. WHen i really like a song I tend to repeat it all day every day till I find something else :p so yeah, this has still been playing ..haha Their song ..its like it fills your heart with happiness and then it keeps increasing and increasing and wham all the happiness explodes.!Its a wonderful feeling <3

Love this song I downloaded Wedding Plans from itunes which is from the scene with bella and edward (classical) then it builds up to the actual song which went on during the credits.

Not sure if I am allowed to say this, because I cannot attach it from my phone and sent the request in over a week ago to post but may not have received them, but if you go to YouTube and type in eclipse meadow ending, you will see this scene from the movie. They have the beginning scene also with the leg hitch proposal scene and more. We have already posted the fight training and Bella's sex talk.
I tagged them as favorites to watch over and over and happy till the DVD comes out!!
Yippee! I and glad someone finally did this for us all who are having withdrawals.

thank you. glad that someone else noticed that All Yours was playing in that end meadow scene. I was like….it is so All Yours just with music and no lyrics and no one believed me cuz of the tempo being slower. glad you noticed!
