Actually a flood in southern California right now is more likely than you think. We've had storms, not rain, but like hardcore storms here in San Diego county for the last five days. It even knocked down a big section of our fence!

Its been raining insanly hard for Beverly Hills, my school had flood warnings all day. She looks great, but I do agree that her fashion sense could be upped a bit (:

Okay before anyone could start saying something… It's been raining super hard here in CA.: we've been getting alot of floods and rain none stop, it's the worse we ever had it in years.!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that she's wearing boots because of the intense rain in California right now. It may not look like much in that picture, but it's been pretty terrible around Beverly Hills with flood warnings. Doesn't hurt to be prepared.

I don't think that she's too worried about fashion in an area that's been experiencing some pretty intense rain and flooding warnings. Being realistic for the weather > fashion sense. Even Ashley Greene knows that, I'm sure.

In my opinion, fashion is subjective and everyone should be comfortable with their own tastes.
