12 SwedishLore15 01.24.10 at 12:18 am: Yeah, I'm pretty sure that she's wearing boots because of the intense rain in California right now. It may not look like much in that picture, but it's been pretty terrible around Beverly Hills with flood warnings. Doesn't hurt to be prepared.

In my opinion, fashion is subjective and everyone should be comfortable with their own tastes.
