According to Celebrity Baby Scoop, Peter Facinelli (aka Carlisle Cullen) has put on the screenwriters hat and wrote a TV movie which will star his wife Jennie Garth!

Turns out Jennie Garth isn’t the only writer in the family! The 37-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 alum and her Twilight hunk hubby, Peter Facinelli, are teaming up for a new TV movie that Peter wrote.

Peter penned the script, which is being turned into a film, starring his wife, for America’s Hallmark channel.

Jennie can’t wait to star in his film. “He’s a wonderful writer and we’re finally getting one of his projects off the ground. I’m going to be starring in it, so that’s exciting,” Jennie says. “It’s about an actor inside the Barney suit – a giant stuffed animated kids character – and he meets a woman who changes his perspective on things. It’s a sweet love story with no big moral message; it’s pure entertainment.”

So will Dr. Cullen make an appearance in the film? “Peter really wants to be in it and I keep saying, ‘No, we shouldn’t work together!’ It’s still up in the air so we’ll see. My husband is super busy and he’s on fire right now. He’s got two other projects that he wrote getting off the ground so my household is buzzing right now!”

I love Jennie Garth!  “No, we shouldn’t work together!” LOL!  It would be great if they did star in this movie together.  It’s sounds super cute!

With the third installment of The Twilight Saga slated for a June 30th release, all the buzz is now centered about the fourth installment:Breaking Dawn.  Peter Facinelli aka patriarch Dr. Carlisle Cullen, talks with IESB about his career leading up to the Twilight phenomenon, his other projects, and the future of Breaking Dawn.

IESB: So are you getting ready for this big epic finale Breaking Dawn, they are saying it’s a two parter, possibly 3D, are they telling you to expect double the time for production?

PF: I haven’t really thought about it much. We just came off of New Moon and I’m still in the gear of finishing up Eclipse, I’m getting ready to go out and promote Eclipse, that’s my favorite book so I am excited to see that one hit the screens. But, I haven’t really put much thought into Breaking Dawn, I think it will be bittersweet but I will be excited to be able to finish up this series and then move on from there.

IESB: I know Kristen Stewart is saying she is excited to see it broken up into a two-parter, would you like to see it that way?

PF: I would. I think it’s a very big book, makes a great doorstop (laughing). It’s a very thick book and has a lot of stuff going on so to try to squeeze that into two hours would be difficult so I think making it into two makes the most sense. I don’t even know if they’ve made a decision on that yet, I heard that’s what they were steering towards. But, I let them do their thing, when they call me to show up on set, that’s where I’ll be, I let them do the business stuff and I’m supportive of their decisions. Summit has done a good job with the books so far with picking the directorsand putting the movies out there so I defer to them on those decisions and I’m just excited to bring Carlisle to life.

IESB: Any chance any of the previous three directors will return for Breaking Dawn or do you think they will go with one or two different directors?

PF: I think they would probably go with one because I think we would shoot it all as one and then it would be, in the editing room, split into two. I have no idea who they are looking at for directors, I’m out of that loop, but I am sure they will pick someone great. Maybe all three will come back to shoot it (laughing).

Peter usually gives us a good insight into the future, so I’m hanging on every word here lol.  As long as the cast is talking Breaking Dawn, our hopes are still high, but for now…we wait.

It is very clear that Peter thinks VERY highly of Robert, and all of his Twilight Saga family. It is so refreshing to see how they all love and support each others

Marc Malkin recently interview Eclipse Vampire Peter Facinelli (aka Carlisle Cullen)at the the Milk and Bookies fundraiser that Peter attended with his family.

In the interview Peter talks about Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. He also explains why he has not let his oldest daughter, Fiona, read the whole Twilight Saga -

“It’s a very thick book. I think that two movies would be a good thing for the franchise. I support it, but ultimately it’s up to what Summit decides,” Peter chatted, though he seemed to pick his words very carefully.

“I’m having a great time with the franchise, so if we get to do two more that would be fun.”

“The battle in Eclipse was superfun. We got to do a lot of fight training and choreography, and I’m looking forward to the fans seeing that. They get to see the Cullens in a way they’ve never seen them before,” the star mysterious teased.

Peter was proud to boast of his stunt work too, claiming, “I tried to do as much as I could, or as much as they allowed me to do. If I didn’t go home with a bruise, I didn’t feel like I put in a good day’s work.”

When we brought up the Twilight franchise, Peter told us “Well my 12-year-old has read the first two for sure.” And Jennie quickly chimed in: “But that’s it!”

Do the Facinelli parents think the series is too racy for tweens? Seems so! We asked if the couple thought the much-talked-about fourth book was too naughty, and Jennie, who was only half listening as she cuddled and kissed her youngest daughter Fiona, turned to me and blurted “Yeah!”

“I got to spread them out. Let her get old enough to read the other two. I think I would let her read the third one though when she hits 13 for sure,” Peter confessed.

Peter and Jennie are awesome parents. Kudos to them

Eclipse human Anna Kendrick (aka Jessica) attended the 2010 Costume Designers Guild Awards last night, also in attendance was Peter Facinelli (aka Carlisle Cullen) and his beautiful wife Jennie Garth!

The event was held at the Beverly Hills Hotel, in Beverly Hills CA.

Anna looked absolutely stunning in that dress!

I heart PFach and the Mrs. They are such a beautiful couple. So in love.
