Hmmm….I haven’t seen this one before.  I just looked at the Eclipse movie companion, couldn’t find it.

We previously posted the RV dealer’s ridiculous challenge to a push up competition against Taylor Lautner to settle the pending lawsuit.    According to Gossip Cop, Taylor declined the push up competition and his lawyer, Robert Barta, slammed the RV dealers publicity stunt.

Lautner filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit last week against McMahon’s RV, alleging they failed to deliver a customized $300,000 trailer as promised.

“McMahon RV’s response to our client’s legitimate claim further demonstrates the lack of professionalism that Mr. McMahon, his company and his employees have exhibited from the outset, and that compelled the filing of this lawsuit in the first place,” Lautner’s attorney, Robert Barta, said in a statement.

Instead of resolving the suit with a push-up challenge, Barta suggested that the company’s owner, Brent McMahon, donate the $40,000 Lautner is suing for to a charity of the Twilight actor’s choice.

Publicity stunt exactly!   Let’s see what the RV dealer will do now.  *rolls eyes again*

We previously posted Taylor Lautner’s lawsuit against a RV dealer for breach of contract, fraud and emotional distress.  According to Yahoo (Associated Press) and Gossip Cop, the RV dealer offered to settle this out of court with a push up competition against Taylor.  *rolls eyes*

The owner of an RV dealership sued by Taylor Lautner over a customized vehicle challenged the ” Twilight ” star Monday to use his muscles instead of his lawyers to resolve the case.Brent McMahon, who owns McMahon’s RV in Irvine, Calif., offered to compete in a push-up contest to settle the breach of contract lawsuit that Lautner filed Aug. 23 claiming the dealership failed to deliver a $300,000 RV on time for use as a dressing room on the set of the actor’s latest film.

McMahon and his attorney denied wrongdoing and said they will vigorously defend the case in court if Lautner, 18, doesn’t accept the challenge.

The dealership said Lautner’s camp had sought a $40,000 settlement to resolve the case, leading to the unorthodox proposal by McMahon. The 47-year-old businessman said if he won the contest, he would donate the settlement money to Children’s Hospital of Orange County .

Lautner’s attorney Robert Barta declined comment, citing the pending lawsuit.

Lautner’s lawsuit claimed McMahon’s failed to complete the customized RV on time, and it needed additional work after it was delivered.

It was unclear what upgrades Lautner sought. McMahon said the vehicle was given a custom paint job.

Lautner gained fame for his role as Jacob Black in the ” Twilight ” movie series. He is currently filming “Abduction” and will reprise his role as Black in the two-part ” Twilight ” finale.

Seriously? SERIOUSLY?  *rolls eyes to the back of my head*  This RV guy is unbelievable.

According to Contact Music, Taylor Lautner filed a lawsuit against a trailer company for emotional distress, breach of contract and fraud.

‘Twilight’ star Taylor Lautner is suing a trailer company after they failed to deliver a customised RV to the actor in time for him to begin filming new movie ‘Abduction’.Taylor Lautner is suing a trailer company for “emotional distress”.

The ‘Twilight’ star planned to buy a customised 2006 Country Coach Recreational Vehicle (RV) for $300,000 to use while filming new movie ‘Abduction’ but has launched legal action over his “annoyance” that the vehicle wasn’t delivered on time.

The actor filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (23.08.10) against McMahon’s RV after the dealership failed to have the vehicle delivered by the agreed date of June 21.

Taylor, 18, has claimed breach of contract and fraud and is demanding unspecified damages from the company.

The hunky star recently admitted despite his role as werewolf Jacob Black in the ‘Twilight Saga’ propelling him to stardom, he is still down-to-earth enough to help out with domestic chores around the home.

He said: “I help out with the lawn, garbage, dishes. When I come back, I have extra mowing to do. It’s very important to me. I describe it as I live two different lives. I have this life and do what I love to do, but I also have the same exact life as before and nothing has changed.”

Other sites are saying that Taylor was not happy that the trailer wasn’t tricked out enough.  I don’t know about this.  If I paid $300,000 for a 2006 trailer and  it wasn’t delivered on time or what I paid for, I would be annoyed too!

Robert Pattinson is Glamour UK magazine’s Sexiest Man of 2010!   Taylor Lautner was 2nd, Xavier Samuel at no. 4, Kellan Lutz at no. 5 and Jackson Rathbone at no. 43!   Ian Somerhalder of the Vampire Diaries was no. 3!

Taylor Lautner attneded the Detroit Lions vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers preseason football game on Saturday, August 14th at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! 

Taylor Lautner, who starred in the “Twilight” series and is in Pittsburgh filming “Abduction,” enjoyed his time on the field, talking with Steelers players, coaches and even saying hi to some excited young fans.

Lautner, who told me you can’t help but get the feel for Steelers-mania as soon as you arrive in Pittsburgh, really got a feel for it at Heinz Field and soaked it all in. Among the players Lautner met were Hines Ward, Ryan Clark and Dan Sepulveda. Sepulveda told Lautner that people come up to him all of the time and tell him that he looks like him. Lautner agreed. For all of the “Team Jacob” fans out there, the good news is Lautner is extremely nice and sincere.

 Ahhhhh, I thought this might calm everyone down…..Nothing like Taylor eye candy.
