Xavier Samuel (Riley) will be featured in the September issue of VMAN and has Xavier listed as Hollywood’s next big heartthrob!

Joining young Lerman on the list is Xavier Samuel, a 27-year-old Aussie who shot to the top of the Hollywood hot list when he had a primary role in “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.” He also stars in Roland Emmerich’s Shakespeare thriller “Anonymous,” which is set for release this fall.

A self-described nomad, when asked how he defines success, Samuel takes the Bob Dylan approach.

“I think success has something to do with living life your own way,” the Aussie actor told VMAN. Bob Dylan said: ‘A man is a success if he wakes up in the morning and goes to bed at night and in between does what he wants to do.’ That sounds about right.”

But there are a few extra things–aside from complete freedom–that make being deemed a young successful heartthrob worthwhile for Samuel.

“Money, cash, hos.”

Joking or not, he has a point.

LOL!  Did Xavier say that?  That is hilarious!  I have to see this in VMAN.

This isn’t the first time Xavier has been featured in VMAN magazine!

This issue with Xavier will hit newsstands on September 1st.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse director David Slade tweeted a photo of Xavier Samuel at coffee shop yesterday.  I guess to apologize for tweeting about TT’s, BREASTS?  LOL! Go read his tweets. Anyway, I love the pic of Xavier.

Next Movie’s Male Twi-Hard, Ryan McKee, has a great and funny article about Eclipse being snubbed in 6 other categories by the MTV Movie Awards. 

While it’s good to be at the top, basking in our superiority over more lightweight fare like “Inception,” “The Social Network” (only five nominations, ha) and ”Black Swan” (only four nominations, ha), I cannot stop glowering over the categories in which ”The Twilight Saga” was overlooked.

There were a whopping six of them in all: Best Villain, Best Comedic Performance, Best Line From a Movie, Best Jaw-Dropping Moment, Best Scared-As-S**t Performance and Biggest Badass Star. 

The most glaring omission is here is that neither Bryce Dallas Howard nor Xavier Samuel were nominated for Best Villian, a category where “Gossip Girl” Leighton Meester made the cut for remaking “Single White Female.” It’s not easy taking over a character from another actress — fans are always going to compare you to the previous version – but Howard ownedVictoria like I own the acne on my back. I don’t even remember Rachelle Lefevre’s name (I looked it up, okay?). And Samuel, he is nominated for Breakout Star, but why not here too? Tom Felton’s Draco is the Easter Bunny next to Samuel’s Riley.

Then there’s Best Line From a Movie. Perhaps because the first two “Twilight” films gave us so many great lines, the members of the MTV Movies Awards Academy have just come to expect it. What about Edward’s line: “Bella, would you please stop trying to take your clothes off?” Not only is that hilarious, it more or less sums up the entire “Twilight Saga” in one sentence. Yet here is where the MTV Academy chose to honor “Grown Ups” for the line “I want to get chocolate wasted.” Clearly, they were chocolate wasted.

In the Best Fightcategory, Robert Pattinson vs. Bryce Dallas Howard and Xavier Samuel was nominated, but I don’t feel that’s enough. The Cullens and Wolf Pack versus the Newborn Army should not only have been included, but also gone on to win by unanimous decision. It includes mortal enemies teaming up for the good of Bella. Plus, CGI wolves, decapitation, vampire moves… what more could you want?

This was funny and so true!  Edward telling Bella to stop taking her clothes off was great!  Much better than “I want to get Chocolate Wasted”.  meh.
