Please…. it is neither avant garde nor Haute couture. Do you even know the meaning of those words? They made her look ridiculous despite her obvious beauty.

Leah honey she is completely covered the whole time. Miley Cyrus wears ten times worse than that just going shopping or out to eat. True she is just 15 but these are artfully done she is far from being nude and she is more covered than most celebrities her age are. I am not a young chick either and I wouldn't wear that short of a skirt but every girl is wearing stuff like that now. I don't think she looks slutty at all or overly made up. She is trying to break out from th child star role and yes she is taking some bold moves but they are smart moves nonetheless. You live in California for goshsakes and I live in a small town in the middle of the bible belt of TN, and if I understand what she wanted to get out of this surely you can. In Dakota's private life she doesn't dress like this at all and she is a friggin homecoming queen at her school. She doesn't want to be typecasted and I don't blame her for wanting to move on to more adult type roles. I humbly apologize for ranting like that but this in no way makes her look anything but beautiful.
