David Slade Doesn’t Know When First “Eclipse” Teaser Will Be Revealed

So the question on everyone’s tongues is, when is the Eclipse trailer coming out already? There is even speculation that a sneak peek will even be unveiled during several award shows in early 2010, well for now its all just an awful rotten teasing rumor, and we have it from from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse director himself, Mr. David Slade.

Overwhelming question I see again and again – When is the first trailer for Eclipse? I really don’t know I am afraid.

I know they are working very hard on it. But I don’t have any idea when it will be out.

Ouch! That hurts Dave. But we all have to keep in mind, that this is process, editing and post production work all take time. Besides, we want it to be phenomenal work right? In the meantime, keep making those fanmade video’s, they so rock.

I want to see if after New Moon is released on DVD, mainly because then that will give me a bit of time to work on my fanmade trailer before the official one is released. But I'm being patient with this one since I think I spoilt a bit to much of New Moon before seeing it.

Oh Bah Humbug is a line that Scrooge says in a Christmas Carol. It's one of my favorite stories to watch/read/hear every holiday.

I don't think the director handles the trailer and other such promotional material, so it's not surprising to hear that David Slade doesn't know. He's busy working on post-production with the rest of the crew.

I need me too that trailer but David, since handles all I mean from to the postproduction to mixing, I don't believe that he doesn't know… but maybe he cannot tell anything about that.

Some directors genuinely aren't sure. Another department handles the trailer, I believe. He knows that they are working on it, but he just doesn't know when they will be finished, since he isn't actively involved in assembling the Eclipse trailer.

I don't care when the first Eclipse teaser trailer comes out. I just went it to be unbelievably amazing. That's all I ask for. Heck, the trailer can come out the week before the movie releases! I don't care! David, just give the fans what they want.

I really don't care how long it takes together us a trialer… Just as long as it's good!!
I hope Davod takes his time and dosn't cut out anything important or mess anything up!
