But I didn't turn it off which means that after hearing it a few times, I will love it. If I absolutely hate a song, I will turn it off which is what happened to the New Moon soundtrack. I didn't buy it because I didn't like any of the songs. but so far, I'm digging the Eclipse music. I loved Muse and I think I will love this after a few times.

I really like the song and it has a really fast beat so I hope that it will be like in a musical montage when the time is passing. Like showing the normal stuff that Bella, Edward and Jacob are doing. Like playing chess with Alice, Edward Taking Bella to the line to meet Jacob and before graduation and then it will abrutly end in a scene with Riley sniffing Bella's clothes *coughs*underwear*coughs*

You're right. The new moon soundtrack wasn't that good. But the movie was emotionally different from twilight and so was the music.
With Eclipse we're going “back to the roots”, so the music is more to my taste again.

and for the record, NM ST was THE BOMB & twilight ST had some pretty decent moments too! can't wait for eclipse ST to fill my stereo

dont get me wrong, i loved both soundtracks thus far (i have been familiar with the bands before the soundtracks came out) i am more concerned about how cw put the songs in the movie, everything but 'possibility' and the break up scene were out of place. it was like they remembered at the last second that there should be music so they just inserted it as stereo music- it was very misplaced in my opinion. =)

Wow, Vampire Weekend as much as I love this band I am not yet sure what to make of that song. It is just not a typical VW song.
I guess this band has begged to be on this soundtrack because they were once interviewed for a german music magazine, where Ezra told, he has a huge crush on Kristen. I have it somewhere at home it was so funny, it was a quiz about vampires.

Love Love Love that song. Last time I played Friends by Band of Skulls and the Death Cab for Cutie songs like a million times and so far I think this will fill that spot this time. How do Twilight movies get such great music because other soundtracks just suck?

It would be better than the Twilight prom song (not Flightless Bird, becuase that song makes my heart sing) but the other one that everyone inside danced to.

I love Vampire Weekend! It's far from 80s, their usual genre is Indie/African Pop but this song is a bit different than the others on their last two albums, but I still like it. Everyone should listen to them, all the songs are excellent! I've yet to find a song Vampire Weekend does that I don't like.

I definitely love Neutron Star Collision alot more than Meet Me on the Equinox! Don't get me wrong I think MMOTE is terrific song but Muse nailed it with NSC…no doubt. You can tell Muse has paid alot of attention to the feedback and attention us fans have about our Twi-Music. And also known that SM is great fan of theirs also.
A Twilight album without Muse is like life without Twilight….it shouldn't exist.

I don't know if I like it… I mean… I like the song, but I don't think it's Eclipse. To me, Eclipse is dark and mysterious and sexy. This seems, well, giddy and up beat. Don't get me wrong, I know there are great fun moments in Eclipse, but I'm thinking like MCR, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco stuff, to name a few. Not digging the soundtrack thus far. =[
