Eclipse 200906301618 Eclipse to Film August 17th October 31st in Vancouver eclipse vancouver set Production Weekly is reporting that the shooting schedule for Eclipse in Vancouver has been established–

“The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” is scheduled to begin production on August 17th and film thru October 31st at Vancouver Film Studios.

MTV confirms these dates.

I don't think they will promote New Moon the way they did New Moon, though. It will be premiering all over the world during the week of Nov. 20th, if I understand it right.

With NM promos and stuff the other site has to keep on running, they still have another NM trailer coming out plus we have not seen any Volturi photos, Now about Fire&Ice chapter, see why we love the movies is we get to see the visual, we finally get to see Edward trying his best not to kill Jacob, I mean that scene is going have as much tension as a old hollywood western.

Well Mike Welch said they may begin filming BD in FEb of next year, remember, Rob still has another movie to film Unbound Captives.

I am excited to see Unbound Captives, too. Rob and Hugh Jackman in the same movie!

I am concerned about Rob making Unbound Captives prior to BD. In making Unbound Captives he will be doing an awful lot of filming outside in the sun riding horses bareback and all–he will get pretty tanned and he should playing someone who lives outdoors.

He dutchiegirl! I saw your comment on disqus so I checked the eclipse site and what did I found there…. Eclipse filming days! That makes me really happy Finally Kristen and Rob and the rest of the cast will be together again. Although I'm greatful for the news around rob's Remember Me it's getting a bit boring… we only see him from a distance filming on the set. And everyday is kinda the same… so I'm in for a change..I'm in for a bit of Edward Cullen!

Yeah I know! I'm really excited about the filmping of Eclipse. As much as I love Rob and all his other projects, I can't wait to see more of Eclipse, BD etc. I love Kristen & Rob together, they have great chemistry, and the rest of the cast as well. I'm also looking forward to new pictures of NM, we didn't even get to see one glimpse of the Volturi!

I also understand why they want to film one after the other, because well vampires don't age. Another thing I'm looking foward too, Charlie! is going to be the biggest pain in Edward's behind. He is going to be the big comic relief for Eclipse.

I CANNOT wait for this movie……it's really my favourite of the entire saga. I'm lking forward to New Moon, too. Don't get me wrong……but Eclipse will have soooooo much more of Edward and Bella and the conflict and tension building in their relationship…..hyperventilating!!!!! I really hope the script includes the really important scenes, like the scene when Edward returns back from his hunting trip and Bella wakes up to find him there…..that is the best scene!!!! It could be sooo hot, if they do it right! Also when Edward puts Bella up on the kitchen counter so she doesn't have to reach too far to kiss him. I think if they do this movie right, it could be the best of the four. Does anyone agree with me or am I way off on this one?????

No, not with Hot Topic type tours,

or lots of international premieres,

or lots of little stops along the way to do radio shows and small TV interviews.

I do think they will do premieres, ads, and major TV like Good Morning America, Tonight Show, Letterman…I can't wait to see Rob on Letterman! Don't you think that will be great? He has just the personality that could shine on that show–Rob is so off-the -wall and funny with his answers!

I agree, too. Eclipse was always my favorite book. So much action, suspense with the newborns, complex love story. Lots of new characters to get to know but also the old characters–the vamps, the wolves, the Volturri are all back.

There's also back-story on key characters. I can't wait for Eclipse!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT MESS UP THE LOVE SCENES IN THIS MOVIE!!!!! Eclipse is my favorite book of the four. The passion between Edward and Bella really comes out in Eclipse. If David Spade messes that up, he should be run out of show business!!!

Let's just hope David Spade doesn't mess up the movie by leaving anything out. I don't care if the movie runs 4 hours long – just don't mess up any of the scenes in Eclipse!
