OMFG! What type of question is this!?! The answer is DAMON! DAMON! DAMON! DAMON! DAMON SALVATORE! He is just jaw dropping H-O-T! Ian was the best person to play Damon!

Based on looks I have to say: Rob was less than what I expected Edward to be. I’m sorry. But the first time I saw Twilight, I was pissed they didn’t choose a different Edward. As I can say for Damon. Well, he was sooooooooo much hotter than what was expected. Sooooo hot. And I just could beleive they made Damon hotter than Stefan.

In the book department, I thought Edward was just the best vampire ever… until I read Vampire Diaries. Edward wasn’t real. He was to… perfect and no fun. He did do *anything* bad or not good for Bella. No real guy is like that. But with Damon, OMG, sure he was bad but he cares for Elena and takes risks. He’s not perfect but he’s working on it. He’s real (well, except for the vampire part). So, yeah, I like the book Damon alot too.

And for the books. Well, Vampire Diaries was more real too. And it had more action and a more complicated plot and more complicated problems. Plus, Elena was faught for more and by more than two guys too. It makes it so much more unpredictable, which make the plot so much more… fun. *evil grin*

I’m Team Jacob too! I really think he should have beat Edward last round. But this poll is about who’s SEXIER not Twilight vs. VD so my vote goes to Damon.

Oh come on guys…what’s going on??? Am I really on a Twilight fan site???? Where are all the fans and Team Edward girls??? They could have put the most beautiful man on the world against Edward/Rob and I would never betray my love. And from what I know, book Edward is the most beautiful man on the earth and movie Edward is not looking so bad, so what’s up with all Damon/Ian thing? Why are you voting for him? I don’t say he’s not hot but if we the fans don’t support our actors/characters then who will?

Exactly!! Personally, I wish they would stop comparing Twilight to anything else vampire related. Twilight stands on its own, True Blood stands on its own, and the Vampire Diaries stands on its own. Eric is hot in that bad boy/not-so-bad boy, bad for you, could and will-kill-you-anytime-but will-show-emotion way, Damon is hot in that REALLY bad boy, steal-from-you-then-sleep-with-you-but-you-still-want-him kind of way, and Edward’s that hot, wait-until-marriage, I-am-your-protector gentleman.

Fun part is.. I read these books when I was 12. Vampire Diaries WAS my Twilight.. So it’s difficult for me to pick a favorite.. So I’m not choosing.. both have completely different characters.. and both are ridiculously gorgeous…

Have you ever thought that it’s not Robs fault but the scripts he’s been given and the direction….I for one thinks that Robs’ portrayal of Edward has been amazing…..he’s captured him down to a tee……..

Damon all the way!!! Both in character and looks. Edward’s got no personality, no attitude and is just all the way a pathetic figure who can’t decide if he, for Bella’s own safety, should stay away from her or just stay with her. Damon knows what he wants and he’ll just go for it. And his piercing blue eyes and dark hair doesn’t give Edward much to come with. Sorry Edward fans, but Damon goes all the way!!
