Eclipse 200907301415 Five Eclipse Novel Scenes that Must be in the Movie commentary Reelz has collected five scenes from the book Eclipse that they think must be in the movie. They include character flashbacks and Chapter 22, Fire and Ice, but here is one I can’t wait for–

Chapter 15 “Wager” This chapter has everything: Jacob kissing Bella against her wishes, Bella punching Jacob and breaking her hand, and Edward gallantly stepping up to defend his woman. Here’s hoping Melissa Rosenberg writes this whole chapter into the screenplay — especially Edward’s “If you ever kiss her again, I will break your jaw for her” line. There’s no doubt about it: Theater audiences would swoon.

I think it sort of sucks that they took Carlisle's, Alice's, and Esme's stories out so far…. Why do Jasper and Rosalie get special treatment, ya know ? I figured it should be all or nothing.

well, Alice doesn't really “have” a story, you know? hopefully they'll leave her little 2 second scene where she shares that she has a sister. awww!!

Carlisle's story is going to be the scene where Edward tells Bella about the volturi… at least it BETTER be!!

And sweet Esme… *sigh* hopefully she'll talk about it in Eclipse.

Audiences need to know how these Vamps were changed!!

Alice had a story – the thing w/ James. They could have included that in the ballet scene in Twi.

The Esme thing will be so old by the time Eclipse comes out. I think it should have been in Twi but most of all, I just don't like them being choosy about which Cullens they give preferential treatment to.

But doesn't Alice tell Bella about it when she goes back to her house after the Cullen's have all left? HOPEFULLY they'll at LEAST leave THAT in!! And well, maybe Esme will tell Bella that she had a baby boy or something before Bella gets married?? IDK!!! It sucks that they don't have Sweet Esme's story in Twilight.

I loved it when she said that.I still laugh when I read that.Its just to funny.That would be great to have that in the movie.Just a cute funny part.I also like when they are passing that note in class and he is being all smart.I would love if that was in there too.The whole conversation about the plane crash and being the luckest people to survive has me rolling on the floor laughing. Lol

OMG…thank you for re-telling this. This is one of my favorite parts! They better make this scene EXACLTY like that!!! Especially that leg hitch and of course when he breaks part of the bed…another must is when he gets on one knee and proposes!!!
I also can't wait to hear him say: “Bella put your clothes back on” and later in the meadow “I love you. I want you right now!” SUMMIT GET IT RIGHT PLEASE!!!

Yes, 100% the bed is quite a sly move… and Bella's attempt to seduce Edward, the proposal, etc. MUST HAVE AIRTIME! and gives Edward a slight bad boy edge. Also, when they're talking about Bella's luck bringing down a plane and Edwards plan to save her if she did…. the notes they pass back an forth in class, I love that! Also Edwards reaction to Jacob when he's kissed her and Bella broke her hand…. love it!

Stephenie – I was raised conservatively too, but my parents kind of knew that we knew the reality of being in love. For Eclipse, they should have Edward die a heroic death, maybe he drinks his own blood to death not to bite bella. than jacob marries her and they have normal children that don't sparkle.
