Filming at the house set as Bella Swan’s residence has finished for Eclipse. We have concrete proof of this as the house as been torn down.
Malicious Mandy has pictures to prove it. Here is her report -
There was a full crew working hard to empty the interior and begin taking down the house. Labelled boards were removed from inside the house (labelled so they are easily re-assembled next flick – where ever and when ever that may be)
The chimney coming down was interesting to see and the trees were all “unplugged” from their holes the metal cylindars in the deep holes that held the trees in place were removed and large cement blocks covered the deep holes.
Drilling, Hammering and loading of things into trucks kept the crew busy.

Today's a sad day in the Twilight-universe..
there was earlier rumors of BD not being filmed in BC. So dont worry them taking down the house dont mean BD wont happen. My thought of it not filming in BC is because of the 2010 Olympics, Vancouver is going to be crazy busy and not just the few weeks of the Olympics but months of prep and craziness. I'm working at them and I'm going to be flying in in Jan and not leaving till almost Apr. With all the fan Base and Paparazzi BD will bring I'm sure it would overload the city. So I'm crossing my fingers to that being the reason
it is sad but it isn't. there aren't a whole lot of things at the house in Breaking Dawn. nothing pivotal from what i can remember, so they might just skip the house parts there. or since we have heard that they are going back to Portland to do Breaking Dawn, if and when that happens, they will probably just use the real house that was used for Twilight

Ok, so I was trying to find info on the house… it seemed to me that the house was totally different from the first 2 movies. I guess now that I look at it, the outisde might have been the same, but I could tell that the setting was different. Inside, the stairs and her room seemed to be different to me. I also think the Cullen house was different. Does anybody know WHY they changed the location? That seems really dumb to me.
