I thought the same thing too, it took them three films to actually capture the eerie beauty of Rosalie, Nikki Reed is absolutely believable – hopefully the hair and makeup people stick to this model, especially the hair tone, Nikki really pulls it off moreso than the yellow blonde.

I got my DVD and listened to the Robsten commentary and enjoyed the whole thing! Robwas stressing out alot on this and I can see why! Then went on to the deleted/extended/behind scenes and love it!
Bring on BD now!!!

I just about watched the behind the scenes sequences last night and i have to say it was very interesting to hear how they brought eclipse to life and it was a more detailed documentary than the new moon one because they talked about everything from the small details of colors like the meadow scne, to the fight traning in pre production which was funny, to talking about jasper and rosalies flashback which i didnt think they would talk about them at all but im glad they did. And its also interesting to find out that most of the sets were actually built and it must have been really complicated putting them all together. But i did notice that throughout the documentary all Davis talked about was how he wanted to bring as many parts of the book as he possibly can and it just shows how verydedicated he is to our fanbase and that he never wanted to let us down. Which gives me even more hope for Breaking Dawnparts 1 and 2 and hopefully their documentary will be even more interesting, and i know that the rest of the series is in good hands with Bill Condon. This is truly the best early Christmas gift ever!!!!

I’m just curious who bought what DVD. I bought the Target version and was a bit disappointed to not see certain scenes that were supposed top be filmed and added to the extras section. I wonder if the Walmart version has different scenes??

I love love love how funny Rob is – he’s the only one who makes Kristen laugh out loud like that. They are so sweet together, and the fact that they were separated didn’t affect the commentary at all. They were connected the whole movie through. I’m personally glad no one else was there to detract from the Robsten combined goofiness. They get such a kick out of one another, and it’s such a joy to behold.

My favorite parts:
* Rob: There are all sorts of things going wrong inside of me now…
* Kristen: Don’t even go there with your follicle issues – I don’t want to hear it…
* Rob: Hey Boo Boo. (ala Yogi Bear LOL)
* Rob: There’s so much kissing in this movie…
* Kristen: You love to act like a victim!
Rob: I AM a victim!
* All of Rob’s jealous rantings about Jacob/Taylor
Rob: God, I hate Jacob… He’s just so argh… LMAO

i absolutely loved the commentary. i love that they were both defending their characters sides. i like how rob thinks edward is the victim lol.. and i love that kristen thinks the whole ending monologue was BS as well because we all know the only reason she chose that life was because of edward! they really do understand the story, and they are both so funny! i laughed out loud with some of the comments!

I miss this place!!! I feel totally behind cause I haven’t been in any discussions in MONTHS!! Damn the man for making me have a time and energy consuming job!!

Well, I just wanted to put my two cents in. I LOOOVED all the behind the scenes on the dvd/blu ray. And Kristen and Rob’s commentary.. hilarius!! I just wish they would have actually been in the same place, then we probably would have got more talking and way more flirting!! Hehe!! The only thing I haven’t done is watched it with Stephanie’s commentary. I’m doing that next… I need like a whole week off work after the dvd’s come out so that I see all the extras all at once! …..*sighs* I wish!!!
