It appears that we may have our first (fuzzy) glimpse of Bella Swan’s Engagement ring!! Check out the above image taken from the recently released Eclipse Trailer (Screencap courtesy of MTV).

Here is the description of Bella’s ring, taken directly from the novel Eclipse -

“Nestled into the black satin, Elizabeth Masen’s ring sparkled in the dim light. The face was a long oval, set with slanting rows of glittering round stones. The band was gold — delicate and narrow. The gold made a fragile web around the diamonds.”

Yes we are crazy. When I am not on the site, I am always thinking
about when I can log on. Sometimes Inpretend to listen to my iPod
when I go to bed at night and sneak on. Hubby doesn't understand the

Yeah, I have a “copy” of NM. It's kept me satisfied until the dvd comes out. My goal is to get an I-pod one day. That is the only other piece of technology I would like.

Don't feel bad. Everyone keeps bugging me to get onto facebook and I refuse. First off, I could care less about the people from school. I still have the friends that count in my life. I have no patience. My hubby has an account, so I just peek over his shoulder and keep up with everyone that way. This site takes up all of my time, as it is. LOL Yeah, when I first started reading comments on here, I was so tempted to join, but I had never been on anything like this before. I felt intimidated. I'm so glad I got over that.

Awwwww….. I know! It's so nice to have people to talk to about all of this without someone rolling their eyes or thinking I needed to be locked up in a padded room. Thank God, I have my mom, as well. She is worse, I think. We talk Robert, Kristen and the movies, but when I bring up something else, it goes right back to Robert, usually. Hee. god bless her.

That is the way it is with my bff. We will have conversations and it seems
that no matter what we talk about, it eventually leads to Twilight, Rob and
Kristen. We text each other pics of Rob and KStew constantly, especially
when one of us is having a bad day. She is in FL on vaca right now. On her
way down, we were texting all things Twilight and she was panicking because
she could not see the Eclipse trailer right away. Now that is all we are
talking about. When she gets home, we are going to have a date with
Rob…we plan on watching Twilight, NM and Remember Me.

Awww…that sounds like Mom and me. I do have a friend from H.S. that is into it, as well. Not as crazy, but she actually just e-mailed me that she was sending me a surprise. Now mind you, she works at Borders and always tells me what is in the store. This time she didn't say what the item was. I'm so excited each night, running to the mailbox, cause I know it's something either Twilight or Rob related. That is why we are still friends 23 years later…

That is awesome to have a friend like that. I know my bff has told me
numerous times that she doesn't know how she would get through the day if
she didn't have me to talk to about all of this. We have been bff's for 17
years and this saga has brought us closer than we ever had been. Twilight

While none are identical, the idea is similar- geometric shapes were in at the turn of the century, and one (or two) larger stones surrounded by smaller stones.

Perhaps the ring was older than Elizabeth Masen too. Edward Sr.'s mothers or older?
