Eclipse kellan lutz love000x0400x536 280x376 Kellan Lutz Says Eclipse is More Masculine kellan lutz In a new interview with E!News reporter Marc Malkin, Eclipse vampire hunk Kellan Lutz (aka Emmett Cullen) says that he is more excited for Eclipse then New Moon due to there being more action in the film -

“Eclipse is a masculine movie,” Lutz says. “I love it. All the stunts I was able to do by myself. It’s an action movie!”

In fact, Lutz thinks the third installment will bring even more new fans to the franchise…

“It’s going to be one of those movies where guys who aren’t fans of the Twilight series but like seeing a good kickass action movie are going to see it. And they’re going to bring their girlfriends who are anti-Twilight because they don’t want to be on that bandwagon,” Lutz explains. “Then they’re going to come and fall in love with it, too.”

And Lutz is hoping it leads to…well, we’ll let him explain.

“I have a great team and we’re really focused on becoming that new action hero,” he says. “I want to be Jason Bourne…and take over that franchise. I love doing stunts and shooting guns and doing fight scenes.”

Which brings us to his action hero physique. Lutz insists he’s not a “workout fiend.”

“I go to the gym maybe once or twice a week for 45 minutes,” says the actor, who will also be seen in the upcoming remake of Nightmare on Elm Street. “I hate running. I eat whatever I want. I eat pizza all the time. I have a candy drawer.”

Now, I am oficialy scared about Eclipse, the movie is masculine, the guys will “bring their girlfriends to the cinema”?????, it´s a harsh and tense movie, and furthermore DS is more like a technical director…Team leg hitch i think we have a problem here!….God! i really hope I´m wrong…

Yeah yeah ok…But not TOO masculine…Cause u can gain new fans but also lose some…I don't think that's possible but who knows…And I love than Kellan is so exited and love to do his one stuns but lets not forget that all goes around Bella's perspective…I don't want them to forget this aspect…I'm sure he'll have other chances to do what he likes

I will be livid if the leg hitch is not there!! I am truly hoping that DS also put the romantic aspect of the movie in there. I don't like the saga because of the fights, so I will be pretty bummed if that is what they focus on!

Kellan lies, I tell you! Psh, he works out more than that. He has to. No one gets that body by eating pizza and having a candy drawer. NO ONE. /rant. haha

I can't picture anyone but Matt Damon in the role of Jason Bourne, but if they were to continue the franchise and couldn't get Matt to do it, I would definitely vote for Kellan to take over.

Same here! Eclipse is my favorite book, so I will be really MAD if David Slade ruins it. Yes there is action and some suspense but more romance then anything.

Yes. I already don't care about the Riley part where he gets changed that they've already filmed. Just took more movie time away from Bella, Edward and Jacob moments.
I wonder why they don't just make the movie longer, so we can have everything we want in it. I just saw 2012, and that damn thing was over 2 1/2 hours long. Why can't we have that.

I just hope that is director is better than the New Moon director. I was a little let down by New Moon!

I can't wait for Eclipse now! My friend thought New Moon was a little long but i was like, seriously? LONG? I could sit here for 24 hours and just watch Bella and the Cullens and the wolves in TwilightLand hahaha… With some bathroom and food breaks of course! Ugh, it's a little depressing though, why are there only FOUURRRRR books and movies… I want MORE!
