I have the one older gen of the nano – they brought out the one with the built in camera 2 weeks after my birthday…
So the iTouch is my Chirstmas present, ;cuz hubby's MP3 player died, so I struck a deal with him – he could have my nano if I could have an iTouch for Christmas, as he already has a PDA & stuff, and that, plus wifi web is what I really wanted, plus the ability use apps (yes, like Twilight… LOL) – hence my iTouch! Cuz hubby has issues with anxiety & panic attacks, and uses headphones to avoid overload, he needed soemthing right away, so I got my iTouch early…
SO. I asked him about ripping CDs – if you have iTunes open, then put a CD in the CDROM, it should recognize it is there and ask you if you want to add it into the library. It should then tell you what to do. Let me know if it doesn't, and I'll get hubby to give me more details. Good luck!

He is a great guy with a great heart! I love him for all his charity work especially with the children that have lived really bad lives. He has no idea how much they appreciate someone being there for them that actually cares. He will always be a hero in my book for this!
