First off…..I love these two girls. They are so awesome.

Second…..Kristen is definitely looking way more comfortable in interviews

Third….I agree 100% with the whole double-standard conversation.

Let's look at Dakota as a perfect example. I've read all over the internet how cute little Dakota is doing this risque role. I hate reading that because, yeah it's a different role than what she's played in the past but why are people so shocked like she'd never do a role like this. SHE'S AN ACTRESS. playing different roles is how she's going to keep growing and growing, not that's she's not amazing now.

Anyways, point is, I feel like if it were a guy playing a completely different role than what we're used to seeing him in, people wouldn't be as shocked, I think they'd be saying, “wow, that's pretty awesome.”

I feel like this is the problem some people have with Kristen. They expect her to be this cookie-cutter type of girl, and one of the main reasons I love her so much is because she's really not. She is who she is. The end.

Hey Kate28, I agree. Some of the backlash about Dakota playing Cherie made me want to gag. I couldn't believe some of the comments that were insinuating that Dakota's parents should not have allowed her to portray the ROLE of Cherie and that Dakota herself was being amoral or whatever descriptors were used. TR is based on Cherie's real life. It really happened and like it's been said, it's something worth learning about/from. She isn't just exploiting herself and she isn't just brainlessly donning a corset.

people who hate on kristen should stop critiquing mundane interviews about protecting her personal life, and just look at things like this.

she is so bright and articulate. she usually seems reserved, but you put her next to a friend and you see her kooky outgoing side.

doing this film has brought a certain backbone to her that i think really benefited her through this twilight experience.

amen. and it sucks cos she had trouble when she was younger and first started auditioning and got a lot of rejection cos she wasnt so bubbly so she couldnt do the kids shows.

and what annoys me more is that people think dakota would NEVER do a role like that. i mean come on she's not gonna be a kid forever. whether shes 16 or 30 she would've done something similar to this. its common sense and im just annoyingly surprised by it.

i read a comment on youtube where they said i cant believe their making dakota into a slut…i felt like saying to them: before making such judgments read about what the story is about. its called ACTING and no one made her do this movie. actors choose roles on their own. sometimes with the help of their agents but they have the final say.

Kristen forgetting what she said reminded me of a joke i have with my friend. But nobody ever gets it. I notice that Kristen seems to be really affectionate with her friends. I love that.

Great interview! I loved all the sound affects coming from Kristen! It still makes me smile thinking about her doing the box thing =] I loved when she got all upset when she forgot what she was going to say, cause it happens to me ALL THE TIME!!!!!! They're both adorable, and hilarious, and just real, and I love them more for it!
