If I am not able to get these tickets I am going to the midnight viewing that way the screamin kids will be all weeded out. Children can't go out in my town by themselves past eleven.

Haha! That was good. As much as i wanted to like the story in BD, i just couldn't. Especially the Nessie / MFS part. SM just took a giant wild leap into the land of weird and missed.

hmm... don't mind the sparkle thing because it makes sense with the 'burning theory'. In other words - they feel like they are burning during transformation so it is like changing coal to diamond. Pressure and heat. So when vampire in Twi-verse, they sparkle. I quite like the twist.
But, no, just no. Can't deal with MFS. I've just finished Eclipse so should logically go onto BD, but i don't really want to. I think i might just go back to Twilight again, and pretend that Eclipse was the end with them planning to get married.

YES YES YES!! Eclipse should've been the last book absolutely. It wasn't imperative to find out what it was like for Bellward to have sex (especially since Stephenie didn't bother to go into detail). Nor was it imperative to see them get married or see Bella's transformation. All well and good but not necessary.

That's an interesting explanation as to why they sparkled. I never thought of that. I just thought they did cause Stephenie thought it was pretty. Did she ever explain that?

I wanted a fourth book, and another and another. But i was just so dissatisfied with the way the fourth one went that i would have prefered to be kept wanting more with Eclipse. Well... i think i would have been desperate to see Bella's tranformation.
I don't think Stephenie did explain it, but it just made sense to me. OPEN QUESTION if anyone knows the answer to that!
Wish she would rewrite BD with no MFS, and Bella having a bigger power and a harder time being a newborn, and Jacob and Leah. I know she's a bitch, but jeez, that chemistry!

1. WTF was up with everything being so easy for Bella after Victoria died? OK, the pregnancy was hard LOL, but besides that, easy sailing.

2. I would've liked to have imagined what Bellward would've decided in the long run. It didn't matter to me that she transformed or when. The issue in the saga wasn't whether Bella would be a vampire. It was how she would adapt to this new world and how Bellward's love would survive all of the wrenches being thrown a them. I could live without the transformation.

3. Bella's power was fine. It was MFS's that sucked serious monkey balls. I seriously would not have an issue with that little brat if she could stop time or was telekinetic. The imprinting wouldn't've bothered me. The disgusting delivery wouldn't've bothered me. Edward becoming a punk a** wouldn't've bothered me either. But she was useless in the end.

What in the hell is MFS??? I don't get the point :(

I am reading the books - yet again - for the um.... fourth or fifth time ...... and just reread the leg hitch scene....... over and over again. Go team leg hitch! They better put some physical stuff in the movie. Part of the reason she agrees to marry him is so they can "try" to have sex before he changes her. Amazing. All my friends say I'm obsessed, but I'm glad I'm not the only one.

There is no premarital sex in BD and the sex is actually implied. Kissie huggie in a bed then, boom its the next morning and there are feathers everywhere and a broken headboard does not earn a R rating!

If the Notebook, Dirty Dancing. Can get away with showing skin so can Breaking Dawn, the things that you see on PG-13 movies, leaves you scratching your head, alot of horror movies now sport the PG-13 rating and to me it means more money and not censorship. Hello Obsessed with Beyonce was PG-13! which was suppose to be the new Fatal Attraction, I can go on and on about rated R movies disguised in a PG-13 rating

Oh, I know, I definitely do want it to be very similar to the book, however, having said that......I gotta go with Vampgirl on this one....The Notebook has got some pretty good scenes w/some skin as well as Dirty Dancing and a pletheura (sp?) of other PG-13 movies. I think they could still fit with the book while expanding with the scene.......maybe make the feathers and headboard parts kind of a dreamy sequence, since Bella didn't really remember when she woke up WTH happened! I mean it's not like I wanna see full frontal......er......ok, I'm a liar......would love to see that on Robward, but I'm not an idiot (course, we could always go for full naked side.........like in The Proposal, no?? that was PG-13!! (and specifically rated that way for "sexual content, nudity and language" need I say more?? ;-P

I know he has driven the Porsche on the left side, but I wonder if he ever has a brain fade and drifts over to the British side of the road. That would be a great blooper if he drifted over while filming and they had to cut while he was cracking up about blowing the scene.

This IS definitely possible and a reminder to MR, who seems to think this series is for 14 yr olds (puh-lease), that there are plenty of MATURE fans out there wanting a little more than the batting of eyelashes, coy smiles and the occasional sigh. We want gasps for breath in between passionate kisses, rolling around on Edwards bed......the famous LEG HITCH (of course, how could I not mention that), the "Bella wants to do it conversation", etc, etc. We want isle esme, feathers broken headboards and we will not be afraid of the gorey aftermath that is Renesmee (aka MFS as some of my buddies like to call it). Oh yeah..........and we wanna see a little skin, is that so wrong?!?! Let me remind them of a little flick I just saw for the first time yesterday (ok, I don't get out much) called "The Proposal". Was there skin....hell to the yeah.....there was full side-nakedness and there was tumbling-on-top-of-each-other-full-nakedness. Was it hot.......why, yes it was, but tasteful.

Thank god someone said it! MR is so patronising, and she needs to realise that fans are going to get older with the movies. I really don't like her. She has been quoted as saying that there really isn't any need for any gore in the movie, but it was said in a way that suggests they'll do a fading cutaway everytime a scene gets too near to sex or blood. I bet they'll just fade out when Bella gets bitten, and fade back in once her transformation is over. Sucky. And they'll probs cesor and cut out all Emmett's great innuendos about Edward and Bella's sex life.

I know.......the more I think about it, the more it pisses me off! :/

I also know that 14 year olds could use A LOT of education about the combination of passion, chemistry and abstinence. Eclipse is the best literary example of this that I can think of. Bella and Edward could set soggy, dripping wet Forks on FIRE with their passion and chemistry, yet they choose to wait for marriage to go "all the way". Isn't this what 14 year olds should be learning? Be in love, be passionate, enjoy chemistry, just respect yourself enough to wait?! UGH that was the whole point of the lopsided bargain! Stephenie, if you're out there PLEASE, PLEASE enlighten MR on the benefits of showing/writing love, sexual tension, passion and chemistry in TOGETHER with a respect for abstinece until marriage!
