The London premiere was huge. Felt alittle undressed though. i didnt think it was going to be this big actually. Was a little blown away by the screaming. its been awhile since ive heard that loud of screams. I think the turnout was brilliant and i hope everyone enjoys the film. i know i proud of it and like it. it was very appealing to me.

I've seen it a few times and although the theater wasn't empty at any of the showings I was apaulled by the lack of support by the Twilight fans.
I really thought the Twilight fans were more loyal to the cast. Apparently not.

oh it's ok, i think i read your comment wrong so it was probably my fault, no worries. i'v been to see it twice and going again this weekend, it brought me to tears too, such a meaningful movie. i'm glad you had no regrets, i don't know how anyone could regret watching this film, the critics don't know what they are talking about. i think they watched a different film. yes everyone should watch it!
My feeling is that either the critics didn't actually watch the movie (possible, I think) or watched it while doing something else and didn't pay enough attention (highly probable) because, in my way of thinking, if you watch this movie with an open mind a person would have to fall in love with the characters, admire the actors performances, and be amazed and brought to tears by the story!

I KNOW. I was really shocked. I made sure to get to the theater early so I
could get a good seat–and the theater had been expecting a big crowd, too,
because they had ended up switching the movie to a larger auditorium than
originally planned. But then…we get in there and there are maybe 30-40 of
us. I hope the numbers grow as we spread the word about how amazing the
movie is.
As many “rabid” fans as Rob has….I just can't believe the slim turnout. I
just really hope that Rob isn't disappointed, ya know? I guess it's silly
to think about that, but I really wanted us, his fans, to stand up and show
him that we see past the critics' narrow-minded opinions to his versatility
and talent. He's definitely not just Edward Cullen…(although I can't WAIT
to see him bring our happy, sexy Edward back to life in Eclipse! *fangirl

I don't think it's silly at all to be concerned about Rob's disappointment in this; after all, it's his career. His perceived ability to carry a film based on his popularity is on the line.
He's the one hounded by the paparazzi and chased by screaming fans. He's the one who can hardly come out of his house or walk down the street because of those fans.
Where are these fans when his movie comes out? Why aren't they helping to get the word out, bring the money in for his first movie that's not Twilight related?
I hope we can spread the word and get more people excited about this movie, though. It really is good. He deserves for this movie to get seen by as many people as possible.

I'm talking the movie up to everyone I know….and NOT just because Rob is a
pretty face. I was telling my mom that I was going to see the movie and she
told me, “you know it only got 1 star, but I'm sure you'll probably enjoy it
since the fella is so nice to look at.” lol I told her, after seeing the
movie, how good it was and I made sure to tell her it wasn't just because
Rob looked gorgeous in the movie either. I got her into Twilight and I'm
planning to get her hiney in a theater seat for this movie. She just
doesn't realize how much she'll enjoy it (and not just for the eye candy.

As far as chemistry, I think what we see on screen has a lot to do with it – we saw a lot in RM, we see a lot of restraint in the Saga… anyway, just my thoughts!

That's awesome. I'm doing the same. I haven't been so moved by a movie in
years…granted, I haven't been much of a movie-goer since I had kids 3
years ago (just due to time constraints etc), but I think the last time I
cried so hard or was moved so emotionally by a movie was Titanic. RM is
just so real…and I think that is a credit to all of the actors who made
the characters come to life so vividly. It almost feels like when I read
the Twilight books for the first time…the characters were so “real” to me
(you know what I mean, right? lol) that I sincerely missed them when I got
to the end of BD. That's how I feel about RM. I am still thinking about
those characters days after I saw the movie. That's pretty rare.
Maybe it is the restraint thing? That makes good sense. I'll have to remind myself that that's what's going on…thanks!! ☺
Yes, I understand and I agree. This is a rare movie. I loved the characters and found them very real and relate to them and their feelings.

I agree, I feel bad for anyone who's in a movie with Rob, because the interviewers seem more interested in just him, than the cast or movie as a whole. (not that i'll complain too much ☺) but I think it's fair that each character should be able to talk about their role too.
I couldn't handle the making-out stuff…I'd always be wondering, “where you thinking of me, or her, when you were slobbering all in her mouth?” lol
Rob was awesome in Remember Me…can't wait for the DVD. Hopefully it will come out sooner than New Moon did…felt like I waited for ever for that one. ☺

i think the ending was perfect…i know it was extremely depressing but it was just so different from any movie i have ever seen…it had an element of surprise and even though the year 2001 at the beginning made me think of 9/11 i never would have guessed in a million years the ending. so awesome cant wait for the dvd so i can watch it alll the timee! i see rob in a whole new light now
