New Video – Billy Burke Talks of a Special Cameo in Eclipse!

Eclipse cast member Billy Burke (aka Charlie Swan) recently did an interview with Laura Saltman from Access Hollywood.In the video he says that there will be a cameo in Eclipse. Someone from an 80′s rock band, and they play a Vampire in a flashback sequence? hmmmm

UPDATE: An awesome EclipseMovie.org reader Lucia, has figured out who Billy was referring to! His name is Peter Murphy from the band Bauhaus. Ironically their first single was called Bella Lugosi’s Dead, and Lead singer Peter Murphy was known for performing upside down in a bat costume!
Here is confirmation that this is indeed the person making the cameo. And is taken directly from his site PeterMurphy.info

He's kind of punk/goth/alternative. His band, Bauhaus, was in the opening of the movie 'The Hunger' with David Bowie and Catherine Deneuve. 'Bella Lugosi's Dead' is a great song, but 'Cuts You Up' is my favorite. He toured with Nine Inch Nails a few years back….2006 I think. I wonder if he's playing a known character or some random unnamed character in the flashback?

I think that maybe it could be that, or it could be Peter (Jasper's friend), although I really think the other one is most likely!

I was commenting above about the story of the 'third wife' that came up at the bonfire, in that story two vamps are mentioned, one guy (who is killed) and the woman that was with him, that later comes and tries to get revenge! hope it helps, 'cause the other one flashback vamp I can think of is Peter, but Billy said in the video that it was a dream/flashback scene and so I think that the former is more likely since Bella also has a dream about the third wife, what do you think? …. gosh this just makes me more desperate for Eclipse and I haven't seen NM yet, I'm going to need psychiatric help very soon! : ) and sorry for the long comment!

Considering Alice wasn't brought over by Daddy C they would need a male to portray her 'maker' (unless they're covering Victoria or someone else's past in a flashback).
I also agree w/the others that mentioned him as possibly being one of the 'Cold Ones'. That's very very feasible. Either or works for me!
