Natspov.Blogspot.com has new/old pictures from the Vancouver set of Eclipse. Here is her account of what she seen being filmed that day -
They were filming shots at the Fork’s Police Department. We were all struggling trying to remember what scene from Eclipse would include the police station. I have a friend that is a walking talking Twilight reference guide. She knows everything there is to know about the books, even details not included in the books but that Stephanie Meyers has mentioned in interviews. This girl is good and even she was stumped. The best guess is that it has something to do with the newborns and the script must include a scene where Edward and Bella go see Charlie at the station about the problem. But, your guess is as good as mine.
After walking around the set while the actors where at lunch, we were asked to move down the sidewalk because they had permits for the road adjacent to the set and behind the set. This was fine with us and we made our way down to where we were asked to stand. This, along with a street lined with Washington plated cars led me to believe their would be street scenes and that we may get a chance to see some filming. I never guessed that we would be able to see Rob and Kristen in full view, in hair and make-up, driving the volvo into the station. It took quite a few takes to get it right so we got a clear view of Rob & Kristen pulling in and then reversing and pulling out.
Rob would check himself out in the rear view mirror and fix his hair and Kristen appeared to be filing her nails? Odd but, maybe it was a nervous twitch, who knows! Rob appeared to stay in character even when the camera wasn’t rolling. He had a stern expression on his face that conveyed that he needed to be serious for the scene they were shooting.
Before they filmed these scenes that everyone was clearly able to see, I got some pictures of Rob, Kristen & Billy filming/rehearsing on the steps of the police station

i think i remember this film scene update. This is where Edwrad tells Charlie about the florida tickets. They changed it from the book. Edward and bella go to the station to let charlie know about the florida trip.
I still aint feeling that wig, it's not gonna ruin the movie for me or her performance, but still… i aint feeling it.

I totally agree with everyone, the wig sucks. That was the only bad part of New Moon is that everyone's wigs sucked. But, there's not much we can do about that. I just hope Kristen keeps growing her hair out. I LOVE her long hair!!

Yeah, in NM he looks “older”. Even in an interview during the press junket for NM he stated in Eclipse he looks a lot younger.

Eclipse, IMO, is the strongest story line of the entire series. Not that I enjoyed it the most… just by literary standards, I think it is the strongest. If David Slade can walk the line like CW, or even better, I think we're going to be in pretty good shape.

Exactly! It had the perfect comic relief too, there wasn't as much brooding in this one. David Slade's past films have all done really well, and I'm hoping he's trying to prove that Twilight isn't just a teeny bopper film.

I think NM set the bar as to what the subsequent films will be. There's nothing”teen” about them. And Slade will do a great job darn it. HE WILL LOL.

But anyway, change is always scare but there were a lot of changes from Twilight to NM and look how well that film turned out? It's a question of good change versus bad change.
And as Kristen said in the London Conference, Stephenie was on set a lot during Eclipse. The source was there for any little question Kristen had. I'm sure Stephenie helped everyone else out as well. So I'm crossing my fingers and praying to Rob's bouffant that Eclipse will be a fantastic summer flick!
Hahahah. Love it!! I'm trying to get used to her hair now. For a long time, every time I saw bts photos of KStew on Eclipse, all I thought of is, “There's a mullet under that wig. She played Joan Jett a couple of weeks before shooting these scenes. It's like Joan Jett is playing Bella.” LOL.
I'm trying to move passed that phase. It will not be a good movie experience watching “Joan Jett wearing a wig and playing Bella” do the “Fire and Ice” scene or the leg hitch scene come June 30th LOL.

His VF shoot was amazing but the interview shoot was so intimate, I think I changed my mind and say it was my favorite one.

second, i was having NM withdrawal for a while there too.. i had to go into hospital and was bed bound for 2 weeks!!!! i didnt see new moon for 2 weeks…. it sucked big time. but ive since been back to see it another 2 times so im feeling rejuvinated! lol

umm haha ok well i dont know… he was just so protective of the wolf secret in new moon.. his character annoyed in me the books a lot coz bella kept calling and calling and she needed jacob to talk to her and see her coz he is her sun, and he just either hung up, cut her off, said he was sick, etc etc. and in the movie it annoys me so much when he goes 'hes not in' .. when bella rocks up to his house.
if i was bella in that moment, i would have grabbed his wheelchair and wheeled him outself into the cold weather lol…. sorry about my anger.
and in twilight when edward goes 'complication' .. and jacob and billy drive up to the swan house hold and he greases off edward.
anyways my point is that billy is horrible to the cullens… when they are GOOD VAMPIRES!, his not nice to bella when bella NEEDS jacob, when charlie calls up in NM (the book) and cracks it at billy, billy brings up the cullens and how bella is the one lying… WHY BRING THE CULLENS INTO THIS MESS! THEY ARE GONE.

Hi Everyone!! I'm a newby!
Ok heres the thing with the wigs/extentions…I'm a hairstylist so i can kinda understand being hesitant to using extentions. With extentions its all about blending to make them look natural so that would mean possibly cutting kstews real hair even more from that mullet (which has grown on me). If it's not done right then u get brittany spears post head shaving, I love britt but hate the horrible extentions! With the wigs…the problem there is that DAMN headband among other things, i cant stand that thing! if you will notice the main problem is the hair line if they could give rose/nikki some bangs it may work…like kristens looked natural in the still pic from the medow because it was with out the devil headband…also they could be synthetic hair which is pretty close to barbie hair…i dunno just thoughts i'm throwing out there. If the hair and wardrobe is the least of my worries i'll be perfectly happy

I was like “what? .. psstf, show off..”.. and I just waited for some fun bella and edward moment and when I saw the ending and I saw the way Edward looked at Bella .. and he says “you are so stubborn” . . I started to smile, because I finally saw that little thing that had been missing.. but it's to bad that we only got that little of the whole bella and edward feeling.. but apparantly Eclipse will have more humour and I hope we will get to see some more Bellard jokes ..

The HORROR OF THE WIG should have ended with Jacob's transformation…but then the whole cast goes through hair changes. I really wish Rob wasn't so opposed to the bouffant. He's a vampire…his hair style wasn't supposed to change much but it obviously has.

But It astounds me that people who didn't like the first two films are expecting huge things from eclipse. I think it's best not to anticipate too much because you end up getting dissapointed.
It was more the screenplay in New Moon, that wasn't as emotive as it should have been. And also the positive light they shine around Jacob at all times.
But there are FAR worse book adaptations. And I personally am grateful that they bothered sticking so close to the book.

I liked First movie…. I was not aware of the books when i first saw the movie…..I take my hat off for the Twilight team…..eventhought it missed things…. They did a good job with a little budget and new cast and with no clue whats fans expected….

On a serious note, I agree with you wholeheartedly. People are nit-picking on a bunch of miniscule things that have very little to do with the integrity of what Eclipse could be.
But to explain everyone's trepidation, I think that CW/Twicast really spoiled us with NM. Even though some people didn't like the film at all, the dialogue is noxious, and others are bitter about the abridged ending, I think we can all agree that it was better than Twilight. So to see the changes from that incredible film to this one is annoying LOL. I think that's where people are coming from. We all want what's best for the film in the end. We care too much and want it to be the best it could be.
But again, I agree with you. People need to calm down. Eclipse will ROCK even if Kristen had a rat on her head for 2 hours.

Well, a test week is a week that we don't have any classes but there's like 2 tests a day on all the things that we've learned had for the past 2 months on those subjects. So one huge test of Math and English on one day. And that for one and a half week (I don't have 2 tests a day anymore, thank God, but I rarely have a day off)

I go and sit there and a very good friend of my sister introduces us.. Rob was wearing his NM premier suit and his Ray-Bans (the ones with the frame only on the upper part of the glass) but they weren't sunglasses but regular ones (he look mighty HOT).. He says to me in his sexy voice: “Hi Isabella, nice to meet you” and then he shook my hand (I just wasn't having a fangirl moment because I was in shock) and then he KISSED MY CHEEK! I was in seventh heaven when I woke up.. LOL

Well, we get taught the British accent here, but since I'm addicted to American shows and I like the American accent more, my own accent is more American.. But most of my friends don't even have a distinctive accent; with them you can really hear the Dutch influence while speaking English.. Except one friend, she gas a MAJOR Brittish accent
