We just literally posted pictures of Jacob Black’s house with Eclipse vehicles parked outside of it. And now pictures have surfaced of Peter Facinelli as Dr.Carlisle Cullen and Werewolves in robes outside of Jacob Black’s house! Which leads us all to believe that Mandy’s prediction was correct – they are filming the part Carlisle comes to fix Jacob’s injuries. After the BIG fight with the Newborns!

You know what’s so funny is that today I felt so far away from all of you! I
wasn’t getting any responses..I could send, but couldn’t receive, I wasn’t
able to log on and post (won’t do that from school), but I was able to go to
the site and read some comments that were being made. I felt so
disconnected.

I wanted to tap on the screen and tell everyone “Hey..I’m here…you can’t

LOL!!! Nope..no joke at all!! What a pain, huh? I noticed it last night..couldn't figure why I hadn't heard back from RFM…she's always so good about responding back quickly when she's on…went to check if my last one had even posted, and nope (pop on the p)…sure hadn't…as well as quite a few of my others.

I'm in the process now of grading/entering grades/checking posts/responding…yep, full night tonight. Mid-terms are due tomorrow, so I need to get my butt in gear. It will get done though..I work better under pressure. I did get your longer response and will respond to it later on tonight or tomorrow…tonight is for the like you said, “shorter” ones and grades..BUT wouldn't trade our long responses for the world!!

Naw..When we have two 9 week periods (18 weeks total), we call that the semester, then in mid-January we begin the next 18 weeks (3rd and 4th 9 weeks).

I think we get two weeks for Christmas this year…not sure. Imagine that…two full weeks of being able to be on here all night, all day..so excited already!!

Hope you’re not getting too much of a headache from the markers, if that’s what you’re using tonight. ;o) Yes…I will for sure have to try the grade, reply approach…that approach seems to be working well for you! ;o)

haha work well for me… then I push it last minute (like now).
yes I am doing markers.. I also have to review 4 websites and make 3 icons representing insects. have to sketch those out and do them tomorrow. the websites are due tomorrow… the icon and marker are friday.. argh!! lmbo.

two semesters okay. makes sense. so 1 9 week period would be 1/2 a semester, so you have 4 report cards of sort a year. lol

I was in the office the other day and someone mentioned them and I was like, “Um..yeah…mid-terms..I'm on top of that..” We have 4 nine weeks periods and this is already the mid-point of the 1st nine weeks period. Hard to believe! It snuck up on me just like your butt slap! LOL

Hey, I think some of the e-mail responses are starting to post..I noticed that on my profile page there are comments that I tried to send yesterday showing up on it. Who knows with this system!

Wow!!! You are really going to be busy tonight and tomorrow!! Sounds like we’re both going to have a late night tonight! Hey, just finished grading a set of papers (24 papers in a set for my 24 students)..yeah me! Yep..that’s how it works 4 report cards per year, which also means 4 mid-terms per year. Seems like as soon as mid-terms go out, report cards are just right around the corner–ugh!

Wow..both of us with two weeks off…imagine how many butt-slaps and how much name-calling can be done during that time! ;o)

No..this is the half-way point of the 1st nine week period, so it's only been about 5 weeks. How's the grading going? Um..not so good! ROFL! I get one response done here, then have another to reply to, then another, then another. Could I put them off until later? Sure, but what fun would that be when I can have a conversation with someone? LOL Guess I need to start splitting my time though, so I'll probably take a break here in a bit.

I have to represent an insect (could be any) using only an icon. (black and white only).

Her name is Danna-sofia, she is 2! She is 2 months younger than my oldest nephew, so it is neat to see the developmental differences between countries.
In honesty, she was talking and walking before my nephew *snicker*.
She is super cute

anyways.. haha

LOVE the idea of the bumblebee with a stinger–especially the black and
white..you are so super creative! This gal may be a teacher, but I lack the
creative juices flow with so many others.

Glad everything is coming along nicely and you’re getting stuff
accomplished. I still have a couple sets that I absolutely MUST get graded
and entered. My cousin stopped by to drop off the money that she owed me for
her NM tix, and we talked for almost a half-hour; had to give her more of
the scoop on the “walk” the other day and the lowdown on my thoughts of the
whole situation. Sooooo….that took up time, plus I had to finish writing
a response to ILW that I had started before she came…then I saw that you
responded…and now I have 4 other responses waiting in my inbox! (which
seems to be working now…for awhile at least)
