Eagle-eyed reader Tara sent in this picture of a possible set for Eclipse near Vancouver, BC.

When New Moon filmed previously, other readers saw activity at this house and we supposed it might be for Sam’s house.

With what looks like Bella’s truck out front, and new filming taking place again yesterday, it’s looking more likely that this house is a set for both New Moon and Eclipse–but for what?

It could be Emily&Sams though….
Justin Chon even said that in Eclipse Movie we'll see the humans outside of school too…and I don't think in the book we see/picture emily so it could be hers if they add more scenes to let us know what she is up to…
Like Victoria she has a few more scenes in New Moon than we would expect..
So it could happen with Emily.

The truck out front, that's Bellas BOOK truck (1953 Chevy) her movie truck is a 1963 Chevy – Could David Slade have changed Bellas truck to reflect the actual one Stephenie wrote about? Mad props to him if he did change it!!

I think it's Emily's house. B/c in New Moon, Bella goes there with Jake, and there's the aforementioned “muffin scene”. And in Eclipse, she goes to the Bonfire. *shrug*

Angela's? They might just be scouting. I mean, since they are filming with the usual truck they might me using this red truck as a prop for pictures. I hope the truck is the same though. I like it better.

In Eclipse she goes to Angela's house, but not in NM, and they filmed something for NM here. So we're puzzled as to whose house this would be if they used it for both movies.

It could be for a scene about the many murders (like in twilight) from the newborns. but then again those are in seatle and not as small-town as this house appears to be. also it could be somthing like the clearwaters house or a newborn hideout. but i do believe that angelas house is probably the most believeable….

Ooooh, I think roosnana is right. I THINK that Angela lives next door to the Marks family, and that's where she got the motorcycles in New Moon. So maybe THATS why it was in New Moon (as Angela's house, and maybe they are using the house next door for the Marks). Then they actually use that house for Angela's in Eclipse when they do the invitations.

You know I was thinking it was Angela's at first but you are probably right….this looks a lot like the way Stephenie describes Emily's house in New Moon. She said it was worn down & white, but that Emily made it look nicer with flower pots on the front porch. THIS house looks like it has a HUGE front porch.

I'm just wondering, how did you find the location of these area. I know they tell you the general location, but there's no exact location, so how do you figure it out?

The way I found every set was different.
For Bella's house I found out from a 'school mate'. I think they found out from the newspaper maybe.
The Cullen house's address is on the internet somewhere. It took a lot of googling to find that.
The school that they're filming at was publicly known (It was in the news paper and all over the internet) so I just googled the name of the school and I found the address.
I googled the pool that they filmed at to find the address because a lot of people went there because it was a public place.
Jacob's house I watched the video that was posted on NMM.org from youtube of “Jacob's street”and used google map to match it up to the video.
I watched every video and looked at every picture for hints of where the sets were. For example street signs and store names. Google the store, find the location, and BAM, there you have it. It takes a lot of dedicated time to find it and you have to sort through all the cr*p to find the useful info. Hope that helps a bit?

Wow, I should really be more dedicated like you. Sometimes I just give up because there is a lot of crap and they're all repeating the same thing.

I know. There's so much crap to go through. The biggest thing is looking at pictures and the little films that are out there. (All though they're getting sneaky now and blacking out signs, or making sure they're not in the picture at all…. which makes it harder.)
