Robert Pattinson Answers Fans In Video Interview With Moviefone!

Robert Pattinson was interviewed by Moviefone’s Kevin Polowy during the Remember Me press junket. Rob answers fan-submitted questions to Moviefone for Rob.

Pattinson and co-stars Pierce Brosnan, Emilie de Ravin and Chris Cooper, plus director Allen Coulter and screenwriter Will Fetters, hit New York recently to talk about the Manhattan-set drama. And since, well, we had a feeling the masses of R.Patz fans might be just a little bit enthused to have their existence officially acknowledged by the actor, we opened up the floor for fan-submitted questions.

The gracious Pattinson played along, answering questions about whether or not he’d ever consider playing James Bond (“I don’t know if I’d be capable of it, I think you need to be pretty fit for that”), the awkwardness of love scenes, his acting inspirations (“Joaquin Phoenix, Ryan Gosling”) and what he could never give up (“Beer”).

Rob couldn’t give up beer! LOL! I love this man.

I love the giggling I have to admit. but he does get self-conscious very easily.

I do have to say he would be better than that Kristen chick on there. she bugs the crap out of me.

well…I don't quote Taylor but I've read the saga so many times that during normal conversation I will actually start running lines in my head if they fit the subject. like “I don't know who you mean” from NM. I do that one a lot.

which might be a good thing. I'm sure if I didn't live with my husband I might find his quirks endearing too.

I have a hard time believing that Rob isn't lovable all the time but we have him on a really high pedestal that would be hard to stay on. no wonder the poor guy walks with his head down.

the line is from the part when Jake is in Bella's room after their “break up” & he's talking about the Cullen's saying it's there fault he turned into a wolf and she's still trying to keep their secret by denying she knows who he's talking about.

My sister likes to play this game with me. she'll call me on the phone & throw a line out from one of the books to see if I can tell her who said it & where. I'm pretty damn good at it.

I hate it when you watch things where he is generously signing autographs and there are tons of legitimate fans wanting to meet him but all these stupid jerks with binders force there way to the front to get his signature just so they can sell it.

Rob & Kristen have even said the fans are great it's the paparazzi they have a problem with & that make things miserable.

The oxygen level in the ocean up in pacific northwest area has almost completely been depleted.. I bet he has something to do with that too!!! But how? Did he go swimming while filming Eclipse?? Dammit..why weren't there any pictures of that?!

well if he went swimming that would explain it because there were probably girls hyperventilating. and there aren't any pictures because they couldn't breath well enough to get them out & use them.

luv me my hamish……good one….I thought it was just wishful thinking on someones behalf about them coming down here for NM, i saw it somewhere, but I just thought it was bullsh*t…..idk…..we'll wait and see……but Im not holding my breath…..None of the marketing plugs are done here…all in the U.S. im afraid…..I haven't even seen RM advertised on tv…..I am just starting to see it in the paper this weekend, and on channel 9 last tues/wed morning….that's it…….not much marketing…..hey, r u going to RM….got tickets for tomorrow night….yeah, go me :0)

(had to click reply to this one because there is no reply button for your other comment :S) umm yeah i know what you mean, god knows if they ever were really going to come down or if they were just saying that to get us twilighters excited. i mean, i bl*ody love our country, but sometimes it really sucks to live here – we didnt get twilight till 3 weeks after the people in the states! 3 weeks! i would love for them to come down for eclipse but it just probably wont happen,,, we dont have the population or publicity that they want for their promos. the only thing ive seen in relation to remember me was an article on rob in the paper on sunday and small reviews here and there but nothing on tv yeah i will probably go see remember me on saturday, im really keen to see it, but also the eclipse trailer if its before it… although it probably wont be since this is australia and all,,,,
