In all fairness, when he first got out of the car, his hair was clean and fresh and dry. Then it started raining.
By the time he started taking pictures, which was after signing autographs for his fans, much to the dismay of his handlers, that's when his hair got wet and disheveled.
Can I just say that Rob gets more amazing by the day? His handlers were pushing him to go inside and not sign autographs. He actual ran away from them and kept on anyway.
