*hugs back* i love dressing up for halloween, although i've only done it once. In cuba halloween is not celebrated up until nov. 2 and it was called “death day” but no one dressed up and went around trick or treating. Then i when i moved here, and since it wasn't something we usually celebrated it was more about it being my bday. But last year my boyfriend convinced me to dress up to go together. So he was a pirate and i was a mime, and i loved it, i cant wait till this halloween comes so i can dress up again.
and i really used to hate it when kids would call me witch when ever they found out, now i'm over it, just like with my name as long as i can understand people are referring to me i could care less how they pronounce it.

Awww, thank you doll. She's doing ok right now, but the Dr. told us she could go 2 weeks to 6 months before she has a problem, so it's a day at a time. Bless her heart,she's done so good to go through all she's had to go through. She hates to think of Dialysis,though. She said 3 days a week 3-4 hours a day. She don't think it's worth it, so we just have to see what happens. I'll keep you posted. Thanks so very much for your concern, Love you so much.

Jeydi, doll, you keep on enjoying it. Life is too short not to have fun. I'm glad you realized it was not the dark, witchcraft thing people make it out to be. It's a time to be anything you want to be,besides yourself. LOL Last year (mind you I'm a nana) My sister and I dressed up in 3 different outfits and went out in public–to restaurants, haunted houses, beauty shops. hahahaha Oh we had a ball. When I was at the beauty shop with our mom, I was the big bad wolf and my sis was Little Red Ridinghood. hahaha I'll put some pics in FB of us. LOL But it was fun. Then she was Lilly and I was Herman Munster, and then I was a girl baby and she was a papoose.Indian baby LOL I love it.! I'm glad you have an awesome boyfriend.Give him a hi-5 for me.

you're welcome. on the other hand i personally hate needles of any kind, and specially IV's so if it were to happen to me, i would think it twice as well even though i would always end up doing it for my family's sake, so im sure after she's had time to evaluate every aspect she'll do what makes you guys(her kids) happy.

Yeah, she's had her share of needles the last few years. Taking blood on a weekly basis to check her coumadin level. Another Dr. takes it to keep check on her anemia,plu last summer she fell and busted her ankle in 3 places and had to have plates and screws in her ankle. That was a long haul. She's been so good through it all, too. So maybe she'll reconsider. Thanks hon.

you guy's dressed up in three costumes in a night? interesting, i might try more than one this year, it sounds pretty good. on the other hand, my boyfriend and i are no longer together, my father didn't like him much and since he is 19 and i'm a minor he threatened us both to send him to jail for statutory rape. It happened in Dec. just before Christmas so i had a really crappy Christmas as well as another crappy New Year, and it took me all the way to March to start speaking to my father again since i was filing for child emancipation, but then again he is my father and if i want to get anything done i have to go by his rules.

Yeah i think im now getting the point that you're not planning to grow up, my mom would love you, she loves to find people who mentally refuse to grow old. But its good to not want to age like that, cuz once you accepted it you're gone completely, its when you become the old lady knitting for the newborn grandkids.
About the other topic, after i got over my anger and hurt pride and really started looking for options. I was going to go live with my mother until i finished HS and come back after graduation, but it would have been harder to get installed again all by myself. But the only reason why i stayed in the country is because of acting, i know im crazy because of that. I had the option of not having to fight with him on a daily basis and just let the resentment go, and go for a long distance father-daughter relationship. But then again i stayed for the acting career, and i didn't feel like i was going to get the same opportunities out of the country, and im dead set on not changing career path. But my father also has a strong pride, so it was when i filed for child emancipation, but they wouldn't let me go through with it unless i declared that my father had abused of me, or my father would go to court and file the papers himself. Since he wouldn't filed the
papers himself and i wasn't going to send him to jail, we kind of got to an impasse and learned to either ignore one another or deal with the other's character, and sometimes with have both.

i love it, and i know i would never get the same satisfaction doing anything else, not even getting innocents out of jail – a lawyer like my mom wanted me to be-, or saving lives -a doctor like my dad wanted me to be-, is just something that has to be experienced to understand. And i know i dont want to spend my live doing something just becomes of the income it gives me, so im not going for a money making sure thing. Like i said i love acting, but i'm also terrified of this industry. is just pretty hard, you either make it or not, and im pretty straight forward and know how to sell myself to get the job done, but im not the kind of person who would sell my morals and values to get time on screen or be on a cover. I know i wouldn't ever do any porn or playboy, and right now its mostly about selling your beauty, your sex appeal for fame. I watch old movies and its sad to see the difference. That's one of the reasons i love Kristen and Rob, because they
are not in the industry for fame or money, but because it inspires them. I dont know how to explain it, but its something, that when you study a character, you really become that person, like your personal self sits in the back of your head on a bench and is watching this person you have become. Its like getting to be so many people, having so much history, making so many mistakes, getting so much experience and never really have done any of it, but you as a person get to learn so much from the character's personality. And other times is hard, like when you really cant understand where the character is coming from and you cant relate to the experiences of the character bc you yourself haven't had any of it, but you have to study it, and really become that person to understand it, to see which choices the character would make and the reasons behind those choices.Jeydi

I can tell you love it, honey. That's why I say follow that dream,honey. You are a very sharp little lady, so I don't see how you can miss. As you say, it's hard work, but fulfilling. You explain it so beautifully,too. To be a great actor you do have to become the character you are portraying, and you have that in you already. I know what you mean by the types of actors there are now. I am very impressed with your maturity about this, cause some younger people will sell their body before their talent. Smart gal. *wink* You keep your chin up and your hopes high,love. I think you've got what it takes. Like you that is one reason I love Rob and Kristen so much—-they don't fall into the cookie cutter realm in Hollywood—–thank goodness.

hahhahaha you write it right! but let me tell you something, the voices and the translation is AWFULL in spanish!! i can tell cause it my language!! the sentences doesn't have the same feeling!! way better in english!!

I've always thought that proper Spanish (from Spain) was 100xs better than any accent from South American countries. It's not just the translation that is almost perfect in contrast to the original English version but the whole acting out is always much better.

PS: I'm from England but come from an Spanish heritage (Yes proper Spanish not some knock off third world country)

i don't like watching stuff in another language, you don't get to hear the real actors voices, kinda weird. how can you really grow to love the character if you can't hear how they are really suppose to sound? and it would both me so much that the lips don't match, lol
