Stephenie Meyer Responds To ‘Breaking Dawn’ Gossip

E! Online’s Ted Casablanca stated yesterday in his gossip column The Awful Truth that his “Deep Twi-source” said Stephenie Meyer can’t decide if Breaking Dawn should be in two movies. Stephenie Meyer responded to this gossip news on her website:

Just a quick note on the subject of the Breaking Dawn film: there is no drama over whether the book should be one movie or two. My personal feeling is that it would be very difficult to cram the whole story into one movie (as I’ve said in many interviews previous to this), but if a great way of doing that surfaces, I’m all for it. Two or one, whichever way fits the story best is fine by me, and everyone I’ve spoken with at Summit seems to feel the same way. We’re all excited to move forward on this, and we are slowly and surely getting there. I know people are anxious for news, and so sometimes gossip get fabricated to stir things up, but there’s no basis to this particular story.

Haha, you crack me up. OMG that is so crazy about the New Moon tattoo
parlour. If I were a tattoo artist, i would totally name my place after one
of the books for sure, haha. But I’m a hairstylist. So I guess I could just
name a salon after it, lol. I like to say name like I have a french accent,
so see if I said seven it would be like “Sayvaun” lol I’m cool like that.

I love how they are a big happy family at the end of it all. It's nice…all the things Bella had to sacrifice for her love, but things turned out fine. :)

definately. the whole series focuses on the barriers bella had to overcome and the things she had to sacrifice for her love, but in the end, it all works out…
im a hopeless romantic, so for me, bd's ending was pleasing

Oh my mom was watching it. I asked her if any twilight stars were there. She told me I'm going to watch the vids after. yeah and by the look of the pictures he looked really happy. Was I the only one who found that at the people's choice awards he looked really . . . i dunno like sad? Him and that taylor swift . . . was it just my imagination? If you came in and asked for an Edward look I have no idea what I'd do. I
mean on one hand, I'm totally team Edward all the way and I'm in love with
Rob, haha, on the other hand I might have to punch you in the face for
wanting to chop off all your long blond hair and going for a butch mcgee man
look. lol. Or there is option three…. where I just go for it and make it
work and look awesome but that is a slim, SLIM, chance. haha. I'm a natural
redhead, but I colored it like fire red like Rachelle's hair in New Moon, so
it's rockin, but I've been a brunette, blond, black, I've had neon orange
pieces in my hair before. Nothing too crazy, but I'm quite the color
changer. It's fun (only if you use professional color though, none of that
box crap from the store… It's SO bad for your hair). That is my lecture on
hair color today kiddos. lol.

Lol. Okay! No “box crap” then! Lol. I get highlights sometimes just to make my hair lighter in the winter cuz it get's darker without the sun. but I go to my hair dresser so it's alll good.
And I love Rachelle's hair! lol, it's so beautiful. I'm sure your's is too. I love red hair ever since I've seen Rachelle in twilight and new moon. I love it how wavy it is too.
And don't worry cosmogirl21, i promise that i will never ask for an edward cut. And ruin my hair. LOL.

Haha thank you for your promise! lol or else I just don't know what I would
do. Mine isn't as wavy as Rachelle's that's for sure, but it's the same
color though. I love it! She brought fiery red hair back with avengence
that's for sure. Now what would be even sweeter is if Robert Pattinson
himself walked into a salon where I worked and sat down and said “Yeah I'd
like an Edward… ya know since I'm getting ready to film BD and all, and um
if you want to come to set with me you can and we can do the horizontal
limbo” I would be like “hell to the yeah I will!” my hubby would just have
to understand, lol.

Yeah he doesn't get it. Though he really likes the movies, but he's not
intelligent enough to read the books, lol. I don't think he'll ever get it,

i call making the cake! I am a master at it! lol. I made a twilighy cak in a cake auction and it came in 1st place! Well, what can i say? twilightt surely is number one! lol. and about your husband not being intelligent enough ROTFL! Too funny. I find boys just don't get it. My dad does . . . lol. I brought him to see NM with me. And he cuts or twilight stuff from newspapers and stuff. lol he loves it. he doesn't read the books though. lol I think the last book he read was “green eggs and ham” by dr suess how many years ago to me. lol. Funny stuff.

Haha that's awesome your Dad likes it. I'm 22 and my Dad thinks I'm like
nuts, but he thinks anyone is nuts if they like a movie that isn't a
“cowboy” movie with shooting in it, lol. I hate westerns, haha. That is so
awesome about the cake! I totally want a Twilight cake for my next b-day,
that would be sweeeetttttt! Basically the best thing ever. I am however
re-creating the painting in New Moon when Bella is opening her presents at

ohhhh! That sounds super cool! You shoulf send a pic of it when it's done to like nmm.org or something! That would be awesome. And I laughed my head off when you said the western thing! LOL.. That's soooo funny. My daddy loves twilight. And he is excited for K-stews stripper role. Lol He was joking though but he thinks she's beautiful. I quize him a lot and I am like “who is the actress who plays alice?” He's like “uhhh the hot one.” Im like ewww! You that's like you liking my older sister! Perv! lol. Im JUST about to turn 15. But I have 3 sisters 2 older and one younger and I am like most responsible. LOL. My mo was saying how she's going away for a week for vacation and I asked if I can stay with a friend cuz my mom and dad are split up but she wanted me to stay at home and make sure my sister's don't do anything stupid liek throw a party. She said im the only one with common sence. LOL. So I'm going to be babysitting my 20 yr old, 18 yr old, and 11 yr old sisters when my mom goes on vacation. And it's true I totally am the most responsoble! LOL. And I my mom and my friends mom is going to make me a REALLY aweseom twilight cake for my birthday which is in february! Like on that show “cake boss”. My friends mom is taking classes at a university to make awesome cakes like that. I can't wait! Oh and when's you birthday? I'll make you a twilight cake! lol. I'll send it to you in the mail.

That is such a good idea. I should send it to nmm.org whenever I am done
with it, lol. Haha I was always the responsible one too, so don't worry. My
b-day is September 17th, lol. I love cake… hehe. I'm going to start doing
my research at the local art gallery and see how much I have to spend on
materials for the “Cullens painting” re-creation. SO excited to do it
though! Hopefully it turns out good! ahhh! Have fun “babysitting” lol. Those
darn older sisters, they are trouble makers let me tell ya.

That's awesome. Oh trust me, I hope my recreation turns out good too! lol.
Or else I will not be very happy, lol. I have an artistic side to me yes
(hence the hairdresser), I took art and photography all through middle
school and high school.

So I do have that potential and know somewhat of what I'm doing… but it's
been a while since I've painted something. So we'll see how it turns out….

My Mom decorates cakes… maybe I should try and bribe her to make me a
Twilight cake, lol. Well she decorates them on the side since she is so busy
with her full time job at the health department. But she is very talented.

I wish she had time to teach me how to do it and I could make my own darn
cake, lol. It would probably look horrible though. I will get this figured
out! haha.

What would be awesome is a lifesize cake of Edward Cullen *drool drool* that
would be flipping amazing.
