Ok, maybe I was a little harsh on you yesterday and just for the record I'm not usually like that and this isn't an excuse but I wasn't in the prettiest mood yesterday anyway on account of being send home from school with a blurred, swollen eye (some lads in my year found it hilarious to pelt snowballs at me with grit, stones and ice in them and to carry on after one had half blinded me and I couldn't even see) The cold snap is not good, and after that I was just spoiling for a fight as Im probably going to get bombarded again only worse on Monday for being a “grass.”

Anyway this is totally off topic, and you dont need to hear about my sad, pathetic little life now do you? I just hope this explains why I was a little harsh. And as for Vampire Diaries books, did you read the first two? It makes a hell of a lot more sense if you have, also I hear The Southern Vampire Mysteries (a.k.a. True Blood) series books are meant to be good if you love fantasy/vampires a lot. I can only hazard a guess at wether you have read the books or seen the show or not, but im guessing you probably have. So I guess im trying to say maybe I shouldn't have been as harsh but calling certain books “screwed up unrealistic” isn't nice or helpful. Also if you want “screwed up” but absolutely epic try the Demonata series by Darren Shan. They are fantasy with a difference, gory as hell, but there are 10 books in the series and each one keeps you guessing right up to the very end!

exactly! i totally agree! plus leah would give him even more headaches than what bella ever did to him! he found his peace and happiness but not many jacob fans agree. i think they just want jacob for themselves lol. but they also dont like the idea of him imprinting, especially on bella's daughter of all things and i get that but in the end he didnt care right? besides, he was bound to imprint anyway and if it didnt happen with leah or bella by the time of eclipse and new moon then you know it wasn't gonna happen at all. she had it planned him with nessie since before twilight.

it was weird and almost creepy at first but i got over it. to me it is cute and a man interacting with a child just melts my heart. like a friendship bond that will eventually turn into something more. i love those stories. there's a great one like it on FF.net.

if he's happy, im happy for him. we all should be but some don't feel the same. i just can't picture him with bella or leah at all! especially not now after reading nessie on FF.net their soul mates, which i think is the whole concept behind the twilight saga: fate vs. choice and the consequences of that.

besides, dogs and wolves do imprint in real life. i heard that on animal planet lol and they follow their mates every or whoever they imprint on every where and trust them wholeheartedly. probably for life too.

well bella's not like you. everyone's different. besides, if bella quickly accepted her a world with wolves and vamps then obviously she'd accept a mutant child. i would accept it if i had one, i'd freak out of course but even a mutant child is a precious creature that deserves to live. cos in the end its NOT the child's fault she's preggers and eating her inside out. its based on instinct/need cos bella is human and the baby needed nourishment. of course i'd be freaked out too and worried over bella but its like breast feeding a baby. she needed the blood. and of course a baby wouldn't know better but to get what it needs.

thats how i see it anyway. sure the books have a lot of flaws but its very entertaining and interesting too.

Oh, I didn't even see your reply! Dang disqus. Anyhoo. I don't think it's a waste of time to complain about a book. It's not like I sit around for hours upon hours every single day saying, “OMGGGGG. I really hate this book.” If someone brings up a book and asks me about it, then I'll say something. My life does not revolve around a book series. The thing is, I have accepted BD and moved on. I know it's not going to change and I'm not going to email SM fifty gajillion times to ask her to rewrite it. lol. It's done and over with. I just don't like it. I can express my dislike for the book if I want to. And, I have read so many fanfics that kick the books' little butts. So, thank goodness for all the fanfic writers out there.

my fave and the best one i think is new moon. its very well thought out and introduces us to new characters, a new world. its just so deep and like kristen said: it goes from the lowest low to the highest high. in eclipse, they were just annoying and irrational.

you know imprinting doesnt work that way. and NO to her date nahuel cos then he'll be sorely depressed forever more and will NEVER get his true love which is nessie.

yes the books are open to interpretation and yes he can be whatever she needs but eventually he'll want more from her as she grows and if she doesn't, he'll be heartbroken.

it doesnt have to be true love but from his part it is and it will be. he'll never be satisfied with another even if he tried cos thats his soul mate. thats the whole point of imprinting as far as i can recall.
if it didn't happen so often, how come they all imprinted including Quil with Claire?

poor leah. Yeah she would. I think SM should pair her with Nahuel. That will be a riot. She is planning to write from leah POV. She already has outlines but does not know if she will have hem published. I think she's tired of so much critism. Even nessie's name was a problem for some of the readers. It's not even constructive critism. She got so much bashing for breaking dawn. There was even talk of burning her books and returning them. I hope she can get past that and have Leah`s and Renesmee's POV. The saga just won t be complete without them. We know jacob imprinted but i want to see nessie's grow and see how their relationship develops. And leah needs her happy ending. She and jacob were able to relate because they were both going through the same thing. but now that jacob imprinted. i can t imagine how she must feel. not that she is one of my favorite characters but i can understand her bitterness. Poor thing.
