‘Twilight’ star Taylor Lautner is suing a trailer company after they failed to deliver a customised RV to the actor in time for him to begin filming new movie ‘Abduction’.Taylor Lautner is suing a trailer company for “emotional distress”.

The ‘Twilight’ star planned to buy a customised 2006 Country Coach Recreational Vehicle (RV) for $300,000 to use while filming new movie ‘Abduction’ but has launched legal action over his “annoyance” that the vehicle wasn’t delivered on time.

The actor filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (23.08.10) against McMahon’s RV after the dealership failed to have the vehicle delivered by the agreed date of June 21.

Taylor, 18, has claimed breach of contract and fraud and is demanding unspecified damages from the company.

The hunky star recently admitted despite his role as werewolf Jacob Black in the ‘Twilight Saga’ propelling him to stardom, he is still down-to-earth enough to help out with domestic chores around the home.

He said: “I help out with the lawn, garbage, dishes. When I come back, I have extra mowing to do. It’s very important to me. I describe it as I live two different lives. I have this life and do what I love to do, but I also have the same exact life as before and nothing has changed.”

Other sites are saying that Taylor was not happy that the trailer wasn’t tricked out enough. I don’t know about this. If I paid $300,000 for a 2006 trailer and it wasn’t delivered on time or what I paid for, I would be annoyed too!

Mmmm… usually, the ones that seek attention are the ones that make a big deal about it in the media and public. I haven’t heard a word from Taylor. He’s keeping mum. I guess all these articles know best, right? However, there are inconsistencies in this article. Seems like they’re making him out to be this big crybaby in the first part… then it goes to him being humble, normal and down-to-earth? Righhhttt. Which is it? Bringing Taylor down or up? Sheesh.

And like I’ve read in other comments, he’s the face of this whole movie. Likely they’ll use him instead of the rest of his team to illustrate the “magnitude” of the situation.

Off Topic. Didn’t know where to post this. Is it my imagination but is E (of which Ryan Seacrest is part of) doing a smear campaign on Taylor?? I gave up having anything to do with them after they seemed to constantly be slamming Kristen. Just wondering if I’m being over critical.

It’s just the press, they’re always blowing things out of proportions…they’re so glad to have something to write about and make a bit of a scandal out of it. In this era of information I often feel manipulated and misinformed. Let the paps and scandal journalists have their fun and just ignore it people. Whatever Taylor or KStew or Rob do is their business.

i dont know who people think they are to call a person who has worked extremely hard to get where they are a “ego driven movie star” if i spent $300,000 to get a service, it better bloody well be there on time! taylor has a duty to concerntrate on a script and develop a character to entertain millions of people across the globe! he doesnt want to be worrying about a service which he has paid good money for which hasnt been met, he should be concertraing on this big movie which is stressful enough. to be honest the term “emotionally distressed” is an under statement to how taylor is probably feeling. movies like this are worth hundreds of millions of dollars and have very very tight schedules on when they need to finnish shooting and what scenes should be shot each day and at the end of a 12 hour shoot you want to go back to a place that is comfortable and relaxing, its like you going to work abroad or a few miles away from home and paying for a hotel room and not getting it so you need to ask around… not what you need after a 12 hour day when your exhausted! he has so much attention from girls camping outside his house he feels like this trailer could be his place of escape and relaxation it really angers me how people can so easily dish out insults to people they dont know without even thinking about how they would feel in the same situation… some people are seriously morons!
