‘Twilight’ star Taylor Lautner is suing a trailer company after they failed to deliver a customised RV to the actor in time for him to begin filming new movie ‘Abduction’.Taylor Lautner is suing a trailer company for “emotional distress”.

The ‘Twilight’ star planned to buy a customised 2006 Country Coach Recreational Vehicle (RV) for $300,000 to use while filming new movie ‘Abduction’ but has launched legal action over his “annoyance” that the vehicle wasn’t delivered on time.

The actor filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (23.08.10) against McMahon’s RV after the dealership failed to have the vehicle delivered by the agreed date of June 21.

Taylor, 18, has claimed breach of contract and fraud and is demanding unspecified damages from the company.

The hunky star recently admitted despite his role as werewolf Jacob Black in the ‘Twilight Saga’ propelling him to stardom, he is still down-to-earth enough to help out with domestic chores around the home.

He said: “I help out with the lawn, garbage, dishes. When I come back, I have extra mowing to do. It’s very important to me. I describe it as I live two different lives. I have this life and do what I love to do, but I also have the same exact life as before and nothing has changed.”

Other sites are saying that Taylor was not happy that the trailer wasn’t tricked out enough. I don’t know about this. If I paid $300,000 for a 2006 trailer and it wasn’t delivered on time or what I paid for, I would be annoyed too!

well whoopie doo!!! I am really REALLY trying to stay calm here first of the damn thing was susposed to arrive June 21st it did NOT arrive til NOW then come find out is NOT safe to use or drive or whatever AND TAYLOR IS NOT BEING A DIVA it is the lawyers that are handling the case and his father HE HAS EVERY FREAKIN RIGHT TO SUE and one more thing GO AWAY and if you have a problem with this cast and the Saga DON’T WATCH!!

i meant that if the company was dealing with Rob they might have delivered the trailer on time and in perfect conditions. some celebrities just get better stuff and ive read its happened before. /shrugs/

Me too! Plus…this is kind of insane of me to say and a little bit of a stretch, but Taylor being here in my area has been doing wonders for some of the tourism too. He went to both a Pirates baseball game and Steelers football game, and when people hear that he’s doing this, they’re going, too, to try to see him. I mean, it’s wrong that he’s been stalked on one hand, but at the same time, people have been kind of seeing our area as a nice place to go now and to film a movie in. That’s a nice change.

I just really feel for him – I know what it’s like to not have a nice place to relax in at the end of the night. It’s a shame people are making him out to be bratty when he just wants to be normal. Is it wrong to want to be comfortable? I don’t really think so, ya know?

But yeah, it’s awesome seeing him around these parts. Everyone is so excited, and we’re big on football here – him going to the Steelers games make him an even huger celebrity, hahaha.

correction WAS a fan till she found out he was a jerk, look I am a huge twi fan and have a right to be here and voice my opinion. im sure they tried getting their money back and contacting them but their awfully busy now.

it was supposed to be delivered on JUNE 21ST which was almost a month before he started shooting.
