Twilight Saga: Eclipse Movie Merchandise Round-Up and Summary of All the Hot New Items!

Amanda Bell, The Twilight Examiner, has outlined extensively when and where we should expect all of the new Eclipse movie goodies and merchandise to go on sale, where to find them, and what to expect. Here is a full summary, which makes life easier for all of us!

May 18th – Eclipse Paperback Media Tie-in: Paperback book with The Twilight Saga: Eclipse‘s one-sheet cover. Available at: Barnes & Noble.

May 25th – Eclipse Mass Market Paperback: Paperback version of Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer with unique cover of Kristen Stewart as “Bella Swan.” Available at: Amazon.

May 25th – Eclipse Collector’s Edition: This is the hardcover collector’s edition of Stephenie Meyer’s Eclipse. Available at: Amazon.com.

May 27th – Eclipse Board Game: The third in the Cardinal Industries board game series. Available at: Amazon.com. This video should give you an idea of what to expect.

June 5th – The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner: An Eclipse Novella – This is Stephenie Meyer’s newest Twilight series release, a backstory book devoted to the Eclipse character “Bree.” Available at: Amazon.com.

June 8th – The Twilight Saga: Eclipse: The Official Soundtrack – While the artists list for Eclipse‘s soundtrack isn’t yet available (except for Muse which is available on iTunes right now!), pre-ordering for the album is. Available at: Amazon.com. A bonus tracks option is also available at Amazon.com with the same release date.

June 29th – The Twilight Saga: Eclipse: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion: This is Mark Cotta Vaz’s third illustrated film companion for the Twilight series. Usually, these include photos, interviews, spotlight features, and more. Very, very interesting. Available through: Amazon.com.

June 29th – The Twilight Saga: Eclipse: The Score: This is the official score to The Twilight Saga: Eclipse by Howard Shore. Available at: Amazon.com.

TBD – The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Barbies: “Alice” and “Victoria” are two of the Twilight femmes being immortalized into plastic. As a part of Mattel’s summer line (date of release to be determined), these two join the already-release Twi-o of Barbies, “Edward,” “Bella,” and “Jacob.”

TBD – Scene It? The Twilight Saga Deluxe Edition: Announced earlier this year, this game will be a combination of the three films (Twilight, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) and is scheduled for a fall 2010 release.

hahah can i go with yall jaja.. cuz everytime i see something related to twilight i buy it.. there are days that im freaking broke but i still buy things jajaja///.. thats why sometimes i prefered to stay home and dont go out hahaa thats my only way to save money LOL

i think cuz since i found out about the new moon stuff they were going to start selling on march i was at freaking walmart checking every night after work ajajja.. and i saw the eclipse shirt omg i was need to get it jaja.. all the shirts were 9 dollars when i got the eclipse one and other 2 of edward.. but a week ago they were a dollar all of them.. i went i bought the ones i didnt have jaja… look this is the shirt

so im kind of upset that Hot Topic isnt participating to sell Eclipse merchandise like they did for New Moon!!!! They had soooo much cute shirts and stuff……like i think i have 11 shirts from Hot topic……and dont get me wrong,Nordstom have cute stuff,but its more dressy and Hot topic just have the straight-up fan shirts…so i really do hope they do participate!!! <3

they were unknown actors when they got twilight .and now they think they should get millions for the few lines they get.maybe it is time for them to get a wake up calland not get greedy. thats what ruins lives .and how they can lose aloth of fans.because they can always replace ashley and kellan.i think there heads are getting to big

I don't own Eclipse yet. Am waiting for the mass market paperwork with the movie art. B&N actually lists on their website its availability as 5/25.

Also plan to get the original score.

I can't wait to get the The Twilight Saga: Eclipse: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion. I have both Twilight & NM I love them!! I've looked through them so many times the spine is getting worn. I also can't wait for the Soundtrack. I really hope it'll be good. (I love the Muse single from it so that gives me hope.) I love the Twilight one. The NM was good but not as good as TW. I kind of want the Scene it game but I think I'm going to wait for all the movies to come out & for them to make one including all of them. That way I'll only have to buy it once!!!

I totally agree w/you!! Summit is making so much $$$ off of us fans buying all this merchandise. They can afford to pay the actors a lot of $$$. They all deserve raises. They have helpe make the franchise the success that it is today. And they do the promotional stuff too. Sometimes I think Summit is greedy. (Probably because they haven't really had any other movie do that well.)
