The newborns aren’t all “pretty” as vampires should be.

In the scene where Bella takes off on the motorcycle with Jacob, Edward’s eyes are golden. When Edward shows up at Bella’s house later that evening, they are black. His thirst wouldn’t have become so apparent so quickly.

The Cullens are watching a news report about the violence in Seattle. It is night time in the report, and the reporter says “this is CNN live.”. Cut to the Cullens watching the newscast, and it is daylight out. Forks and Seattle are both in western Washington, it could not be night in one place and day in the other.

In the scene where Alice & Charlie are talking on the steps outside Charlie’s house, they are standing still, but in the next shot they are walking down the steps

Just after Victoria has been killed, Edward goes over to Bella to bandage the cut she made on her arm, tying the fabric around her wrist. However, when Bella cut herself, it was on the inside of her elbow, not her wrist.

In the last scene where Edward and Bella are sitting in the sunny field, Edward is not sparkling

Just like in New Moon, Bella’s scar from James biting her is on the wrong side of her arm.
When Jacob’s carrying Bella through the woods, in some shots her left sleeve is quite far over her hand, but on others it’s further back by her wrist.
The bed scene with Bella and Edward: As he says, ‘It’s just one rule I wanna leave unbroken,’ someone or something moves into shot on the right-hand side, and it’s not Bella. In the next, shot you can see from where Edward is looking that she’s not in that position.
During the scene where Riley’s parents are talking to Charley in the police department, his picture starts out on top of the file, then later they are handing it to him like he has never seen it before.
When Bella’s talking to her dad on the sofa early in the movie, watch her right ear. Sometimes there’s hair covering it, sometimes it’s clear, and sometimes there’s a chunk of hair hanging in front of it.

At various times during the movie Bella’s hair is different (she is wearing a wig due to her hair being cut for her role in “The Runways”). You can notice it from the high angle when she walks to her truck the first time she goes to see Jacob, then various times during the movie her hair seems to be darker sometimes and her hairline moves as well.

Vampires bodies are not meant to change, but Jasper’s hair is longer in Eclipse than it was in New Moon and Twilight.

When Jacob is injured by the newborn vampire in the final battle, the Cullens and the Quileutes are crouched around him. The top of Jacob’s flesh-colored body suit is quite visible at his waist; he is supposed to be nude after phasing back into human form.

Spoiler! When Victoria’s head is popped off by Edward, who has killed her, her eyes are open. Seconds later, from another angle, her eyes are closed.

After killing Victoria, Edward rips off a piece of Bella’s shirt to tie around her bleeding arm. If you look at where he rips her shirt, the seam is visible where the fabric has already been cut and loosely reattached; there is a long horizontal wrinkle where it doesn’t hang right from the rest of the shirt.

Well, I think I recall that Edward was middle class, maybe upper middle class. Also, back in the day, I believe it was more common to have jewelry stay in the family for generations, so some of the baubles may have been handed down from even before his parents.

I doubt they were missed, since both his parents died and he was an only child. Not that it was mentioned, but my belief is that after Carlisle changed him, Edward went back to his home and took the baubles (I just love that word, don’t you?), along with other items that may have been important to him.

Most of this is just my speculation, but you’ve gotten me curious. I can’t remember if SM mentioned what Edward’s father’s profession was. I’m probably going to skim through the whole saga now looking for answers. I’ll let you know if I figure anything out : )

Yeah that’s one of the parts I’m really worried about because that needed to be handled with a delicate hand and the non book audience needed to be gradually eased into the idea of imprinting and by leaving out Claire (I know she’s not exactly VITAL to the story, but she would have illustrated the point that its not a romantic or sexual thing and got viewers used to the situation instead of just bam in your face jake is obsessed with Bella’s baby which is how I’m afraid it will come off) I think they screwed themselves. I think maybe they foolishly thought that the scene with Jake and Bella talking about Sam, Emily, and Leah would be enough introduction and explanation of imprinting, but its absolutely not! People needed the idea given to them a little at a time in order to truly accept it and understand.

Edward is a total pussy, haven’t you heard? LOL Seriously though that sh*t drives me up the wall crazy! What is with MR wanting Edward to seem like such a whiny puss all the time? Don’t forget they even show Carlisle of all people getting the better of Edward during fight training remember? God that stuff just makes me cringe every time! Book Edward has NEVER even lost a fight because of his speed and mind reading ability! Honestly what is her issue with Edward? I think she’s made it crystal clear that she’s no fan of Edward at all. She constantly changes stuff around to make him look bad every single chance she gets! She just seems to really dislike Edward for some reason. It always feels like if it were up to her she either wouldn’t write him at all or she’d make him into a villain instead. *flips off MR too* Oh wait I should probably just send her a blown up version of my AVI to convey the message!

hale yeah, you watch the movie again hon, you’ll see. such a pity, nikki trained so hard for those scenes. they also cut a scene with her in the wedding dress where they showed her in full robe, looking stunning with a long trail and all, gliding towards the door behind which Royce was hiding. also the lights or the angle was bad so they had to leave it out..I still dream of a TV series where they’ll put every detail, dialogue and scene from the books. i’m sure this will happen in a few years, there’s good money to be won out of it…so I keep the fingers crossed and wait. wanted to ask you how the book WFE is, is it any good? thinking of giving it a try. just finished The Road and I never cry when reading, but I bawled my eyes out at the end. ok, hugs to my twister, take care!

First off.. WFE is amazing. You HAVE to read it. It’s so different and cool. I saw that extra scene with Nikki in the wedding dress. I don’t understand how they could have left that out. THAT was Rosalie being dramatic. To cut it due to the fact that they wanted the element of surprise? What surprise? We all knew it was Rosalie. WTF? Who is editing these movies?????

LOL Your avi does send a strong message, doesn’t it? Yeah, I hate that Edward is portrayed that way. I think the fight with Victoria was such a step up, the way he taunted her, but I wanted to see more of that instead of Riley and Victoria holding him down. There is no way with his talent that anyone could get away with that. But MR never really played up his talent. It’s not as important in the movies as it is in books.

Where did you see the Rosalie scene they left out? I did not see it anywhere, just heard what it’s about…
I’ll try and find WFE, hope to find it in English, meaning original language it’s written in, I don’t like translations a lot, you always loose something of the substance of a book.

I never read the script or knew any1 that did I tried to stay away from that I mean I read the book I thought I had an idea of what it was suppose to be LOL I was wrong… Girl I was saying the same thing about Kristen/Bella NOT 1 TEAR, NOT 1 Bella cried a whole day & a half over Jacob this girl in Eclipse just looked very sad or stunned the same look she has for everything!! Jakes in it alot but his scenes with Bella don’t make any sence they don’t seem close like in the book & since when was it Bella’s idea to bring the wolves in?? HELL YEA it was about him always has everything she did was to be with him. OK let me stop because I can go on & on about that stupid movie…

I think I saw that part with Rosalie online somewhere, in one of the behind the scenes videos with David Slade. Somewhere on YouTube maybe? I can’t even remember.

Did you also notice the little hair Jake’s got below his bellu when he picks up Bella just before the fight with the newborns? When they are up on the mountain it’s gone and in other scenes it’s also not there.

Is in actual fact correct, as even though Vampire’s eyes do darken when they are thirsty they also darken when angry and as Bella has gone of with Jacob on a motocycle which Edward deems both to be dangerous wouldn’t Edward be angry!! Also add on the fact that Jacob is thinking images about Bella and him that Edward would become more angry hence the dakening of the eyes!!!!

You would think that with all of the dissatisfaction the fans have had with the screenwriter that summit would have changed her by now. Eclipse went by way too fast in my opinion. The issue with Bella’s hair… we all knew that she was gonna have to wear a wig, but they def could have done a better job at making it look the same throughout the movie. They were talking about jaspers hair being diff in this movie, well there are prob gonna be complaints about Edward’s hair in BD because I doubt it will look the same due to his current haircut.

Something I noticed the 1st time….when Riley comes out of th water he breaths out and bubbles pop on his lips. Vampires do not need to breath unless they are trying to fit in. Not sure he would be thinking of “fitting in” if he was coming up out of the water.

His parents are still from and currently residing in Forks. Therefore, Charlie does have the right to help them, no matter where their son was at the time of his disappearance. For all we know he could have accepted taking the case and then forwarded it to contacts in Seattle. We never did actually see him investigating the case, only that he had the case file and had agreed to meet and speak with the Biers in person.

No, it wasn’t. The reason that Billy sold the truck to Charlie was because his son -Jake- didn’t like the mileage and the limited acceleration.
Jacob mentioned that to Bella during the bonfire, when he’d asked her if she ever took the truck over 50mph. He told her not to, and then explained that he was searching for a part for ‘another’ car he was building. Why would they need an old truck [being that they already had another truck, the one Billy is seen driving in the film, which he didn't sell to Charlie] if his son was building a ‘new’ car?
And no, him being diabetic and in a wheelchair would not have stopped him from driving. Franklin Roosevelt was able to drive a customised car and he was in a wheelchair due to Polio. So it’s not impossible for Billy or anyone who is disabled to drive.

Agreed: i think that the guy who directed eclipse should also do both of the breaking dawn movies because not only did he get it done really fast but it was also the best out of all the saga movies

true but you have to think about how he was trying to get such a long book and so much information into just a 2 hour movie so i thought he did pretty good considering all that! and he did a way better job at it then the twilight and new moon directors

totally agree like new moon took forever to film and it was a huge huge dissapointment i was sooo mad but eclipse came out like 4 months after new moon did and i was scared that it would be a dissapointment too but it was so much better! eclipse is my favorite saga as the book and the movie so far… lol

i think we can all agree that the books are amazing and no one has accomplished to make the movies better than the saga books but when you consider how they have to fit everything from the book into the movie and all the details and emotions and jacob and bella and edward and bella and the action etc etc… it should just make you appreciate that they are putting the books into motion and you dont have to imagine what it would look like but you can see the books visually now!!

tell me bout it like after i saw the new moon trailer and couldnt wait to see the movie i was like going crazy everytime id see new pics or updates and new sneek peeks but then i saw the movie OMG i was like that was a waste of my energy to be so stoked and the movie just dissapointed me so much like i was so mad and didnt really go crazy over eclipse but when i saw it i actually think it was the best so far i just think the more excited i got over new moon the more it just let me down!!!

in new moon everytime bella and edward kissed it sounded like they were having sex like seriously when i first saw it i laughed out loud in the movie theatre! it was so freakin wierd but im glad that in eclipse they were a little more mellow with the kissing sounds lol

when she punches Jacob!!!! if u read clearly in the book Jacob skin is hard & whatever and in new moon when she hits paul nothing happens to her hand but all of a sudden when she punches him, she sprains her hand or whatever. thats the thing that bugs me the most.

in the scene where bella plans to go see jacob in the middle of the night and her truck isn’t working, edward jumps into the truck, and when the camera is on bella while she is talking to edward, you can see her face mirrored in the bottom right hand of the screen

I noticed Bella hair being a different color, first it was brown and than it was redish. There was no way Edward could rip of that piece of fabric to wrap around bella arm. It was to easy. Watch in New moon when Bella tosses the pizza to Jake, he catches a wrench. Or if you look really close, when They killed James you can see the dummy they used. And when bella slides accross the floor in the studio, notice its her double. But the movie was great. And when the waitress in
Twilight, she slips and says here your salad Stephenie, and quickly changes to Sally, watch the look on her face when she slips. She shows she goofed.
And when Bella uses the Ketcup bottle notice nothing comes out, of it.

i have seen all three movies several times i also see every varience from the book since i have read the books at least 100 times each the movies for me are good but because of time restraints they can not get every thing in the movies it has always been that way i still love both movies and books i use the details in my mind to help me fill in where the movie leaves out mistakes are just apart of being human
