There are some juicy new pics of a scene being filmed for Eclipse in Vancouver with Xavier Samuel as Riley and Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria.

You get a decent look at Victoria’s new look with Rachelle LeFevre-replacement Bryce Dallas Howard, which I have to be honest is not giving me the same badass-vibe that Rachelle did. It feels more night at the goth club than night of the terror-inducing vamps.

I can’t imagine how you felt thinking you would have to wait till Jan:( I was bad enough when somebody told me that I would have to wait till Nov 27 to see it here in Briton, but all the posters etc. I’ve seen say 20th so I’m hoping that’s right, although it might mean a trip into Cardiff which is not a good idea st night.

So glad you’re gonna get to see it on Nov, now if only we can get it moved to the 20th for you. hmmmm.

I have no idea who Dustin Hoffman and Paul Giamatti are… :p I did hear (I don't know how true this is) that Bryce got the part because her father was somehow involved with the movies and got her the part. Probably not true because I checked and Ron Howard doesn't seem to have anything to do with Eclipse….

okay my first reaction to this was what the crap, her hair is wrong, its to tight of curls and way to many of them and its really puffy. if you just look at her silhouette it remind me of an action figure.idk. i think if they were going to cast someone else as victoria they should have tried to make her look kind of similar for continuity purposes. i think it was a bad idea getting rid of rachelle because now all people are going to think about when ever victoria comes onto the screen is how its not the same person as before which will most likely atleast for me take away from what actually is happening with the plot and story. i agree if they moved schedules around for cam why couldnt they for rachelle. idk i dont want to diss on bryce dallas howard because the proof will be in the pudding but at the same time i thinks its kind of bogus how they originally wanted her and she turned the part down but now shes all for it. i guess well just have to wait and see. this is going to be a very different movie…

also im pretty sure summit is not lacking on money at the moment with all of the success with these movies so if permits and scheduling was such a big conflict, i would think they would have money to change things if needed. idk lol

I have to agree. nothing against Bryce, but Rachel L. had the evil brought on. In New Moon when she is swimming in the water towards Bella, she was just creepy and that's talent to do underwater!! The new look for Bryce looks like a mannequin.

That scene just isnt doin anythin 4 me the hairs not Victoria-style,shes not even scary,the clothes arent as nomad-ish.I liked Rachell alot better she just screams out VAMP!

I completely agree. its all wrong. Man I miss Rachelle. BDH’s hair is too short for one thing and the curls are too tight. and she…well its all wrong. I really don’t like her very much even though I haven’t ever seen her act. she was considered for Victoria in Twilight but didn’t want the part because it was too small, but now she’s ok with doing the part. come on! its just lame and I think Summit really screwed up on this one
