I think its great how he has combined the instruments from the twilight score and the melody from the new moon score! Also, if I'm not mistaken, the tune of “Bella's theme” is the same as metric's song, “Eclipse (All Yours)”!

First of all, thanks to whoever did this and for posting it. I thought I would have to wait for the movie before I decide to buy it. I only found 4 that I like. Victoria, The Kiss, The Battle and The Wedding Plans. I still liked New Moon, but I think once you put songs and scenes together, then you get the feel of everything.

I love how 'Imprinting' sounds so much like the music from Twilight. Uh, I want this!

I am not even liking the music for Eclipse. AHHHH!!! It sounds like a few other movies' soundtracks slapped together. The music is just awful for me.

I am BROKE!!!! No more money! the last of my pennies went into getting me those eclipse water bottles…heaven knows why i needed all three, plus three extra of Edward alone. *sigh*

I love it! Its like Howard Shore look different parts of the Twilight and New Moon soundtracks and fit them together.

It seems to me that any of the songs featuring in scenes with the Wolf Pack are different variations of Jacob's theme. Its haunting and beautiful. Makes me feel some compassion for Jacob.

I love the different versions of Eclipse (All Yours). Very fitting for all the romantic Bella and Edward scenes.

Rosalie's and Jasper's themes seem to flow nicely and I can picture it now.

I think they hit a homerun with this one. It has all that I loved about the Twilight and New Moon soundtracks, but yet it's it own sound that will make Eclipse the best one so far.

Well, u sure can feel the darkness and melancholy in it. Tension and suspense too.
That's what they wanted, so i guess they're delivering that.

Wow the “wedding plans” is so beautiful:) Well what I heard until now sounds really good, but I don't know if you agree with me that the score for the first movie from the saga is unique, is special and so beautiful that until now I didn't hear something similar:( I mean the score from NM and what I heard from Eclipse are beautiful but cannot be compared with the one from Twilight.

I know its beautiful! I cant wait for the score for BD!!!! As long as they dont use any cheesy stuff for the honeymoon scenes.

i agree carter burwell all the way he brought twilight to life with his score i really liked this but not as much as twilights sorry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and again it seemed very jacob themed did MR do this? i mean jacob gets his own theme then one called first kiss than another called the kiss ? where is the proposal or bella and edward themes i guess im still confused by that oh well otherwise it was really good !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

O.M.G. was listening to “Wedding Plans” from the score and its the exact same melody from one of the songs from the eclipse snd trck its called: All Yours By Metric, i swear they took it from this, how cool. so its my favourite song ha ha. yeaheee. =)

Is it me or does “The Kiss” scene which is for B and J a variation of the Eclipse song off the soundtrack too? That means essentially the “wedding Plans” theme and that of all the B & E scenes are tainted. Why wouldn't they give Jake his own moment with a variation of his theme as opposed to B & E's?? I don't like that if that is the case.

B & E's theme are a variation of that song Eclipse from the soundtrack. I am almost positive Sia's my love will be used for the proposal scene.

What I am disgusted about is that they would have a variation of the same theme for when B ACTUALLY kisses J and then use a variation of it again for the wedding plans theme. Why would they taint Bella's moment with Edward at the end with the same music from the scene that includes her “mistake” according to KStew?

the final song of the score is called Wedding Plans. LISTEN TO IT EVERYONE!
it's the same tune as Eclipse by Metric.
my guess? thats the final scene of the movie and that score song will play while they start to plan the wedding with edward/bella/alice. then it will be all happy and it will turn into the actual song by Metric. and that will close the movie.

Howard Shore is an amazing composser! I was so excited to see he was doing the score.

I really love it, I like how the main theme is interlaced into the entire score but the error here lies in the naming, it shouldn't have been named Jake's theme since its in Edward and Bella's wedding plans and just about everything else, I just knew all yours was gonna be meadow! right? right?

Howard Shore did an absolutely amazing and perfect job! I really loved it. especially since I found a little resemblance to Twilight in it (in “They Are Coming Here”, I don't know why but parts of it really reminded me of Twilight). And “Wedding Plans” almost made me cry from excitement!! and I loved the fact that it's similar to Metric's Eclipse (All Yours) because this song really reflects Bella's readiness to become become a Cullen.
I can't believe we are almost there!
